"this is it. i know it is... it's been a while, hasn't it? what a wild ride. may i ask you a question? have you ever wondered what it feels like to fly? the wind against your skin, an infinite horizon to explore. i've always wanted to fly. although falling isn't the same as flying, i know this now. i learned that by falling in love with you. day by day... i fell deeper, and deeper into every detail about you, into the dimple on your cheek when you smile. i fell so far, i fell farther than what i could see on a fading horizon at sunset. i fell so fast, i got whiplash from the speed. i fell so deep, there was no going back.
what i can see now?
it's similar to the view if i could fly. high above the city line, the wind blows freely. if i stand on the tips of my toes and reach with my hand as high as i can, the clouds and i are that much closer to becoming friends. the view below me, the cars look like ants and the people, like specs. specs traveling about like pollen in the spring. it's a great view from here.
changmin-ah... for old time's sake...
how are you?
and as for me? i'm about to answer my biggest question. with the answer, i don't think i'll need to call you again. this is it. thank you for being all that you are. please continue to be someone who can be a source of happiness for others. you were once mine and that... was the greatest time of my life.
you gave me a reason to look forward to tomorrow and now, she has all the more reason to wake up each morning. how beautiful...like she is, inside and out.
goodbye... ji changmin.
i will miss you most of all."— end —
