Prologue

Right before the highschool entrance ceremony, I noticed someone glaring daggers in my direction.

I wanted to blame my loudly bickering friends to have bought on that said glare upon us and forget about it but, much to my dismay, he was in my class and evidently directed his death glares only at me.

No matter when or where we crossed paths, he would frown and glare my way relentlessly.

I had to wonder what I did to upset him to this extent.

I decided to ignore it for as long as possible but even after the 2nd semester began, he still showed no signs of confronting me nor did he stop his relentless glares.

I really had to wonder what exactly I did to deserve those glares.

I decided it's about time I clear it out, for my own peace of mind.

I knew I was glaring.

Only because my friends were nosy enough to amusedly tease me about it.

It was unintentional.

I had no control over it, so I didn't know how to stop it.

I just didn't want to smile creepily at him making it obvious that I love him, so I just tried not to smile desperately.

But apparently trying not to smile, makes me glare.

Even though I can easily maintain a poker face normally, it seems I just don't know how to maintain it, when feeling stupidly happy about just being able to look at the one I love smiling happily.

So when he politely started a conversation with me, I felt like I could die out of happiness - which I, of course, tried to hide as usual...
