Crimson Heart (Megumin x Male reader )

Part 3: An explosion a day keeps the monsters away

Kazuma and Y/n were both up early in the morning for their kill quest waiting for Aqua to wake up, Y/n suggested they should play Rock Paper Scissors to pass the time and Kazuma was on a winning streak of 20

Y/n: "Okay one more."
Kazuma: "Okay one more but I'm serious when I say I've never lost a game of Rock Paper Scissors."
Y/n: "Yeah yeah whatever it's the 21st game I'll win this time."
Kazuma&Y/n: "Rock Paper.....Scissors!"

Y/n: "D-d-DAMMIT!!"

Aqua: "Huh?"

Y/n screamed so loud he woke up the sleeping blue thing.

Aqua: "Morning."

Kazuma: "Don't morning us. It's almost noon."
Y/n:"aren't we supposed to be going on a kill quest?"

Aqua: "My bad, I was just so used to work that at the chance of a break I wanted to sleep in."

Y/n: "Oh my gosh you're worse then a little kid I swear."
Aqua: "Hey! Don't compare me to a child!"

Kazuma: "So wasn't this world supposed to be under attack by the devil king and in a huge crisis?"
"This is too peaceful!"
"Nothing evil seems to be happening, at all."
Aqua: "this is the furthest city from the devil king's castle."
Kazuma: "I guess that makes sense."
Kazuma: "Hey Y/n when we get to the guild do you- eh?...Where is he?"

Aqua points out the little window in the stable and we can see Y/n walking towards the guild.

Y/n: "Hey when you two are done come find me at the guild!"

While They were talking Y/n had already left.

Y/n:"Kono"
Kazuma:"Suba!"

At the guild Y/n was sitting at a table waiting for Kazuma and Aqua.

Y/n: "Where are they?"
???: "Boo!"
Y/n: "ahhhhh shit!"

The entire guild went quiet and everyone was looking at them

Y/n: "Sorry!"

Everybody goes back to what they were doing

???: "Hahaha!"
Y/n: "Kazuma what the hell was that for!?"
Kazuma: "Sorry sorry it was just to good to pass up"

Y/n looked at Aqua who was trying so hard not to laugh
Y/n: "And you just let him do that?"

Aqua shrugged

Aqua: "I thought it was funny."
Y/n: "ugh whatever it doesn't matter let's just go pick a kill quest."

The three then walk up to the quest board
Y/n: "Oh how about this one?"
Kazuma: "This one?"
Kazuma takes the quest off of the board
Kazuma: "kill 5 giant toads in 3 days huh?Sounds easy enough."

Y/n: "Ko!"
Kazuma: "No!"
Aqua: "Su!"
Y/n: Aqua&Kazuma "Ba!"

Kazuma: "Ahhhh HELP ME!!"
Y/n was staring at the toad in shock while Aqua was just laughing

Y/n: "Oh yeah I can control lightning, let me try something!"

Kazuma: "Y/N! AQUA! SAVE MEEEE!!"
Aqua: "Pfft hahaha!!"
Y/n "ok let's see how do I do this?"
Y/n put his hand up and pointed it towards the toad and closes the eyes
Y/n: "I can feel the energy it feels so warm and... tingly?"
Y/n's eyes shot open and were glowing blue
(Note. Kinda similar to how Megumin's eyes glow just blue instead)

(Another note his eyes are only blue when using his lightning any other time and his eyes are normal)

And lightning shot out of his hand
