A Week Later

A week had passed since Narcissa woke up.
Princess Bubblegum was called to the hospital when a patient got really sick.  She went to check in on Narcissa.  Her back had healed except for a thin scar that streched across her back.
She gave her some pain killers and warned her only take them once a day before she goes to bed as they are extremely strong and she'll pass out within 10 minutes of taking them.
Finn and Jake escorted her home.
As they made their way around the perimeter of the Candy Kingdom Jake asked where she lived.
"I live in a huge hole in the ground, except the opening is quite narrow and you have to climb down a long ladder before you reach it."
"Oh, okay.  I'll just stretch down.  It's alot easier."
"I hope Bullet's okay.  I was gone a long time.  I hope she got something to eat."  Narcissa stressed. "Umm..who's Bullet?" Finn questioned.  "She's my cat.  I found her in this weird cat kingdom. Everything was made out cardboard boxes.  Weird." 
"I went there once.  Place was crazy.  I don't think you're supposed to take the cat's though." Finn stated.
"I wouldn't have but it was smaller and weaker than the others.  They were pushing her around so I took her home with me.  Well anyway here's my home."  Narcissa pointed towards a hole in the ground.  It was so narrow that Jake had to shrink to fit down into it.

They crawled down the ladder.  They ended up in a huge, round hole.  The height was about five metres tall and the diameter was about 20 metres.  There was a broken bed in the corner with a table and an old lamp beside it.  Next to the ladder was a huge chest of weapons.  Above that was a picture of Narcissa and Billy.  There were also basic kitchen appliances such as a fridge and an oven which looked like it had never been used.
"Nice place." Jake observed.  "It's not much but I've survived so far with it." Narcissa replied.
Finn opened the chest.  "Oh my GLOB!" He scramed. "This stuff if so cool!"  Narcissa looked up. "Well..um yeah I guess.  I use it when I adventure and be a REAL hero."
Finn clenched his teeth and tried to ignore her comment.  He was so fascinated by the contents of the chest.  There were ninja stars, daggers, crystal swords, steel swords, golden swords and this black sword that looked cursed.  Finn looked at the grass wrapped around his wrist and flicked the sword out of it.  My grass sword it still alot better. He thought.
There were also nunchucks, bow and arrows and a scythe.  "So many weapons." He gleamed.
"Yeah whatever.  Has anyone seen me cat?"  She looked around calmly.  "Oh there she is."  She reached under the bed and pulled out the sleeping cat.  She woke up and seemed so excited to see her.
"KEEP THAT DIRTY THING AWAY FROM ME!" Jake snarled.  "Cats are so gross man."
Narcissa shoved the small cat into Jake's face and it licked him. "EWWWW" He growled.  "I'm waiting outside."
Jake stretched out cursing in anger.  Narcissa giggled and stroked Bullet.

"So.  I was um thinking." Finn rubbed his neck nervously. "Me and Jake were talking and we agreed that you could....ONLY IF YOU WANTED...move into the tree fort with us?"
She pondered on the thought.  "No." She said simply and lay down on her bed.
"Come on! It'll be righteous!" He pleaded.  "Why should I? You stab me and we become roommates? That's some powerful stockholm syndrome symptoms right there." She stared at the ceiling.
"I just thought because we're family and all." He sighed.
"Family? You call us family? Dude we don't even know eachother!" Narcissa protested.
"Well how about this? You come and stay with us for a while and you can move back whenever you want?"
They both lay in silence for five full minutes before Narcissa replied.  "Okay.  Deal." They shook hands.
"Okay so grab whatever and we'll leave." Finn waited. "No dude.  You go and I'll catch up."
Finn left and made his way home with Jake.
