NO ONE'S POV:We cut to an island in the middle of the Gulf of Mexico covered by a storm then we zoom in to see Leon in his garden watering his vegetables while thinking.
Leon's mind: I wonder what's happening outside of the island oh who am i kidding I've got everything here food,water,electricity,internet, and so much space but i do get lonely sometimes.
Just then Leon heard a ring coming from his phone and sees it's from the organization Monarch so he picks up.
Leon: hello Leon owner of rad island speaking (rad meaning radiation)
Dr.Sirizawa: ahh Leon it's Dr.Sirizawa it's a pleasure to meet you.
Leon:*chokes on spit*gah YOU MEAN YOUR THE GUY WHO STUDIES KAIJU'S AND NATURE.
Dr.Sirizawa: ha yeah that's me
Leon: I'M A HUGE FAN MAN AHHH
Dr.Sirizawa:wow how about you calm down first.
Leon: okay okay I'm chill so why did you call me.
Dr.Sirizawa: i want to come see you in person so i called you to see if you could tell the president of the United States to let me come.
Leon: ohh it's going to be tough but I'll see what i can do talk to you later.
Dr.Sirizawa: okay*hangs up phone*
