Prologue
I screamed out in pain. My heart was shoving my rib cage as if it was finding a way to escape my chest. My head felt dizzy and light, I thought I was going to throw up.
My gums were hurting so much I thought I might pass out from the pain. Then the pain stopped and I sighed in relief when I suddenly felt something sharp slide through my gums. I let out one last yelp due to the surprise of the last pang of pain.
A single tear streamed down my face and I wiped it away quickly. I lifted my weight from the ground and faced my reflection in my bedroom mirror. I was expecting to see my usual bland brown hair and watery blue eyes. But instead my eyes met beautiful young women with electrifying blue eyes that would make any atmosphere intense. Also she had raven black hair that gave off a truly radiant glow. Surely this could not be me can it?
I mean I have brown hair. That wasn't the only thing I noticed. The girl... She had fangs.......
