When it's neck and neck when your trying to decide whether you had Umbridge or Voldemort more.
Personally, I originally thought Umbridge, but then I realized you have to remember the families Voldemort tore apart like Harry's, Neville's, etc. And the pain he caused people who loved the people who died like Snape.
That's why I hate Voldemort more even though I DESPISE Umbridge.
