A War We Fought In the Past But Never Now

Adam's POV
As i wait for the Soviet Leadership to Arrive, i check my watch. I was in my Dress Blues, being the Brother of the President the Ambassador wanted me to welcome them. As i wait outside the Entrance of the Underground Facility in the Streets of Britain, British soldiers and British MP Guard the Entrance of the Facility.
As i hear engines as i look down the street to see a Soviet Vehicle being escorted by multiple British Soldiers and vehicles, keeping a tight security.
"My time to shine..."
I mutter to myself, making sure my Dress Blues were presentable. Soon the Convoy stopped in front of me. A British Soldier opens the door revealing three People. A Female Soviet Officer, General Kirill Afanasievich Meretskov and...Joseph Stalin. They we're brought here from Moscow after making contact with them using an Private Jet, US Troops are already preparing to combat the Germans on the Eastern Front.
They Exit the Vehicle, i formed a welcoming smile as they approach me.
"Premier Stalin, My name is Lance Corporal Adam Daniels and the Brother of President Daniels, Its an Honor to have you here."
I say, holding my hand out as he shook it.
"Это Удовольствие Младший Капрал."
He says in Russian as the Female Officer approaches his side.
"He says it is a Pleasure to meet you Corporal."
She says as i let my hand go from Stalin and offered it the female Captain.
"Pleasure to have you Here Captain...?"
She shook it while saying.
"Zarya, Captain Sasha Zarya of the Red Army."
She says in broken English as i nod, I now shook the hand of General Meretskov.
"Thank you for being here."
I say, as he nods with a smile.
"Please, follow me."
I say as we now enter the Facility...
Meanwhile...
Location: Los Angeles, United States Of America.
The City of Los Angeles was engulfed with Blue and Red Lights, Multiple Police Cruisers, SWAT Vans and Riot Vans can be seen speeding down the streets of Los Angeles. Multiple Americans Wearing Nazi uniform and Holding Nazi flags can be seen rioting Against the Police and Government after learning its WW2.
"SIEG HEIL! SIEG HEIL! SIEG HEIL!"
The Rioters Chant as the Multiple Police Law Enforcement Holds the Line. As the Riot Team Arrives, the multiple SWAT Teams now threw tear gas into the Crowd as now, the SWAT and Riot Units covered in Anger after seeing Americans supporting a Group of Evil, Now charged into the Rioters without Orders, bashing there heads with batons, Slamming them to the ground, Rubber rounds hit the Rioters as the Police Line instantly charges. The crowd of Rioters remain, As the National Guard arrive, there reaction was the same as the Police. After Two Hours All Rioters we're arrested or in an Ambulance.
