Sabrina POV
I get up a little late then usual. Today was Thursay so Caili has left for her work early. I got up and changed into a black leather skirt, rose shirt with minnie mouse on it, and my black floral combat boots. I leave y hair curled and put on my heart locket. I run downstairs, quickly eat some toast and bacon and leave to school. I get to school with ten minutes to spare I run to my locker to see an amazing surprise. I have a huge smile on my face as I see Bradley standing by my locker with a bouquet of red roses. I run and hug him. When we part he gives me the flowers.
"Thank you so much," I say. I look at the roses and I see there's something different about this bouquet.
"There's twelve red roses. I will stop loving you when the last one dies," he says. I was sad for a minute thinking these all will die in only a few weeks, but then I realize that there's one that's plastic. My smile grows again. I hug him tight again.
"You're the sweetest guy ever," I tell him as we part.
"I know it's kind of cheesy but-" he starts but I interupt him.
"No, no. I love it," I say and then I take his hand and look into his amazing heart melting eyes. "I love you," I say.
"I love you too," he says back and then kisses me on the cheek. I open my locker and put the roses and my back pack in there. I take out my math book and lock my locker. "Are you ready?" Bradley asks. I shake my head.
"What if I fail?" I ask. He smiles. Why is he smiling?
"You won't. You can't. Your song has too much feeling and your music video is too fun. You can't fail. And you will win that contest," Bradley says.
"Thanks but all I want is to be able to pass," I say. Bradley puts his arm around me. He gets a text from someone.
"Text Caili and say you will be skipping your first class due to your music teacher wanting to talk to you," Bradley says. I do as I'm told and she exts back that it's fine. I skip my class and Bradley was coming with me.
"No offence but why are you here too?" I ask. He smiles.
"He didn't just say you. I just didn't want Caili to think that you were lying to her if you said 'Bradley and I are skipping class, my teacher wants to talk to me.' That kinda sounds like it's just me and you skipping class," Bradley says. I smile knowing he right. We go into the music room to see my whole group, and 2 other groups here. Did we do something wrong. Bradley and I sit down beside the rest of our group.
"What's going on?" I ask. Just before Jake answers, Mrs. Knight starts to talk.
"Welcome groups. I want to tell you first that you are not in trouble. I want to tell you that my friend has chosen you for entering the contest. And that Mr. Benard's wife has chosen Jake Short to be the one to spend a day with the famous director," Mrs Reed says. We all get excited.
"Good job Jake," Bradley says.
"Thanks!" Jake says excitedly.
