Levi Yūrei [ リヴァイ• 幽霊, Yūrei Levi ] is an SS+ rank Villain and is a member of the League of Villains, an infamous gang of villains with class A bounties and the current interrogator of the group. Her physical strength ranks first in the group.

APPEARANCE:
Levi is tall, lean, and muscle-bound. They have black, mid-length hair, sleek charcoal eyes with no irises present, a pale complexion. They wear a dark, baggy tunic along with baggy pants, a pair of black calf-length boots with iron soles and hidden blades on each heel engulfed with the venom produced from her body, along with bandages wrapped around her chest. Levi's mouth is also unusual in that, when she was twelve, it was cut from its corners to her ears to make it appear more like that of a snake, leaving a large wound that she keeps hidden under a bandana sporting the trademark '拷' motif over their mouth to hide their scar. She possesses exceptionally sharp retractable fangs that are abnormally impenetrable that are able to produce a toxin so powerful that 0.1 mg of it can paralyze a whale.
(Author's Note: I based her venomous fangs off of the Ben's Knife Chrollo Lucilfer used in Hunter x Hunter, i know it's a bit absurd but i wanted to make her biggest insecurity her greatest weapon ( ◡́.◡̀)(^◡^ )
ABILITIES AND POWERS:
Due to Levi being born into a heritage located in an unknown area of Japan, her existence is not recorded in any database, which makes obtaining information on her nearly impossible. In terms of combat prowess, Levi stands out the most among the League. Her extreme speed, great strength, and skill in swordsmanship, combined with her powerful Quirk(s), make her a deadly opponent. Her strength of mind and ruthlessness allow her to act without hesitation. She has a penchant for attacking the enemy from their blind spots. Since she rarely fights at full strength, she often underperforms at the beginning of a real fight.
