"Y/n make sure you put the art materials away before you leave for work!" The art teacher hurriedly said before leaving the art room, not giving enough time for Y/n to respond.

"Hm...what should I even do with this?" Y/n was too immersed in her painting to give a response back. She was trying to figure out how she could make her painting unique, she has never dealt with this problem often since she was usually able to do so effortlessly.

This week has been strange though, she came to the art room every day for the past week after interning trying to figure out what she should do with this painting. "Maybe I should just trash it...wait no! This isn't like you Y/n." She spoke to herself as if trying to scold herself for even having that thought cross her mind.

She soon sighed after staring at the painting for a few more seconds with a defeated face. "I think I just need to see something new...something unexpected and maybe it'll give me inspiration." She stood up and gathered her materials but left the art materials a mess.

She knew she would get scolded later for this but now was not the time to be worrying about this, she had to focus on her new painting. She left the art room and headed over to the busiest part of Shibuya, she figured she could find something unexpected here since there were lots of different kinds of people there.

Y/n continued with her walk around the city during the late afternoon. As she was looking around she was suddenly pulled back by her arm sleeve. "Hey! What's your-" Y/n couldn't even finish her sentence as the person had already started talking.

"Y/n? Are you Y/n?" The person sounded familiar but she couldn't pinpoint it since she couldn't see the person's face. She quickly turned around to see who it was that was saying her name with such familiarity. Although when she looked she still couldn't determine who it was.

"Um, I don't know who you are." Y/n was a bit weirded out by this person, her tone had come out harsher than she expected. "Ah still as rude as ever," the person lightly chuckled before continuing, "It's me Satoru, from high school, remember?" He took off his sunglasses and immediately she recognized who it was, she could never forget those electric blue eyes.

Y/n eyes were wide open. When she came out looking for something unexpected she didn't expect this! "Satoru! I haven't talked to you since we graduated, how have you been?!" Y/n's tone of voice was soon changed with care when she realized who the person was.

"I've been well, how about you?" Satoru looked at Y/n expecting a response but she just stared blankly at him as if trying to decipher what he just said. Oh, she probably couldn't hear what I said...maybe I should offer to go to a quieter place, Satoru thought.

Almost as if she had read his mind Y/n offered to go to a cafe around here, Satoru of course happily accepted the invitation.

The two took a seat at the back of the cafe near the window after they had ordered. "It's been so long since I've seen you, do you have a girlfriend yet?" Y/n joked at the last bit knowing how Satoru had always dismissed wanting a girlfriend, saying how he would have problems committing to a girl, especially if he was only looking for something fun.

"Nope, guess it will be a while until I do." Satoru nervously chuckled before getting up to go get the food they had ordered, Y/n had gotten a muffin as she loved sweets and Gojo had gotten a cupcake instead. Y/n could feel herself softly smiling as she knew he had always been fond of sweet treats, more than she was.

Y/n put her head against her hand while thinking about how high school was. She had left the country to go to a private university in another country after graduating from high school. She only just came back to Japan to work as an intern for a children's book artist.
