It was the next day, but it seemed too calm... I didn't wake up to any sort of call or text throughout the night, but I woke up to a news report notification for a missing person on my phone. "Huh? I haven't gotten one of these in ages from this town, it's probably just some missing little kid that wondered away from home." I said to myself, adjusting my glasses onto my face, but when I opened the notification my eyes widened, that guy claiming to be my boyfriend went missing?! I can't believe my eyes, but I wonder what happened to him for him to go missing, but my thoughts were interrupted by a phone call from Teru.

"Heyyy Akaneeee" Teru said cheerfully over the phone 

"Hey Minamoto, why'd you call me?" 

"I just wanted to know if youuuu wanna hang out with meeee today!" 

"Pfft-" 

"Hm? Is something wrong Akane??" 

"No, no, it's just- Pfft- ME? HANG OUT WITH YOU?! HAHAHAHA"

I broke out into laughter, I couldn't believe what he had just told me! Asking me to hang out with him?! He definitely hit his head this morning

"Akaneee, I need an answer!"

"HAHAHA- Give me one sec- Pfft-"

"Okay I'll give you a second"

"That was a sarcastic remark- Never mind, so why should I hang out with you?"

"Because! I have nothing to do and be glad I'm choosing to spend it with you"

"Hm.. Well, I'd probably just be stuck at home so, yea I'll hang out with you"

"WOW!! THANK YOU AOIIII~"

"you're welcome Teru-"

Teru told Akane he'd be over in about ten minutes, after that Akane hung up and started to get ready

{Sometime later}

{Akanes point of view}

After I finished getting ready, I had decided to clean for a bit, just so my mom wouldn't get all pissed that I didn't do anything at all. As soon as I finished putting away the dishes, I washed there was a knock at the door, so I went to answer it, and as I open the door, I see Teru. "Heyyy Akaneeee~" "Hello Minamoto" We both had exchanged hellos. "Do you think I could come in for a few seconds? it's kinda cold and i didn't bring a sweater-" Teru exclaimed, I opened the door more, and signaled for him to come in, and he did. "Oh wow" "Hm? why'd you say that?" "I didn't expect your house to be so neat" "I can't tell if that's an insult or a compliment..." "It's a bit of both, but more so a compliment" "Ah, Alright" After that me and him had a small conversation, but then he asked me a question I didn't exactly know the answer to. "Hey, whats with all the crosses in each room?" "Oh, uhm.." "You don't even know the answer, do you?" "Nope, only reason I know we have them is because my mom's a Christan, but I don't know why we have so fucking many" "Ohhh Alright" After that conversation I ran upstairs to grab myself and Teru a sweatshirt, considering the fact he didn't have one and said it was cold, I got back downstairs and handed the one I grabbed for him to him and told him to put it on, he refused for a few seconds but then put it on, then we headed out.

{Terus point of view}

Normally when I'm alone with him it's usually where people can easily barge in, but I technically have him all to myself today, and I'm able to protect him from any creeps that try to come near him today because I'll be with him all day! I wish I was able to be with him all the time though. I've heard about a few times he's been cat called while just going out to shop, more so from eves dropping in on his and Yamabuki's conversations a lot, but that doesn't matter! All that matters is I'm able to keep Akane safe when I'm with him and get rid of the people who tear us apart easily. I realized I had kinda strayed away from Akane so i ran to catch up to him but slowed down after I heard something that was directed towards him, some guy who was leaned against a wall had whistled at Akane. "HEY BEAUTIFUL BOY WITH THE ORANGE HAIR! You're REALLYYY Fucking hot!" After the guy had yelled that it was fairly easy to see Akane got extremely uncomfortable, so he had flipped the guy off, and had turned around to look at me with an uncomfortable look, walked towards me and wrapped his arms around my arm, I assumed he was trying to act like I was his boyfriend or something and I was right with the look he gave me after he wrapped his arms around my arm, so I gave the guy who had just whistled at Akane a dirty fucking glare and flipped him off as well, terrified the shit out of the man. Maybe I'll just deal with him later, but first Akane is my top priority currently! "Does that happen often Akane?" I asked, He stayed silent for a moment then answered. "...Mhm, it's super annoying, but I've usually just been told it's my fault for it happening, so I don't mind it" What the hell do you mean by that?!" I exclaimed; I couldn't believe what I just heard. "I mean that no matter what I've had loads of people say that the stuff like what happened back there is my fault, I mean my friends don't think it is and I don't either, but it just doesn't bother me much anymore with how often it happens, I mean I got cat-called once going outside to get the fucking mail once and I looked a mess."  Wow, this kid really does go through a lot of stupid shit.

"Hanging out with you was actually nicer than I expected" Akane had told the blonde on their walk back to his house. "Aww, that's nice to hear!" I replied, happy that he said he was happy about hanging out with me, after a minute or so we finally got back to Akanes house. I kinda just stood there waiting for him to go in once he got to the door, he went to open it but looked in the driveway before he did, then from what I could tell in the dark, he suddenly got all shaky.

I looked over at the driveway realizing my mom's boyfriend was home, so I quickly let go of the door handle and walked back over to Teru. "Hey uhm... this is kinda sudden, but can I stay over tonight...?" I asked him, He gave me a confused look. "Huh? Why do you wanna stay the night?" "I just do, okay? So can I..?" Teru thought about it for a moment, but then nodded, so we started walking to his house. I was practically shaking the whole way there knowing what I could've walked into. "Hey are you alright Akane? I can feel your whole body shaking from just your arm rubbing against me" Teru asked, I tried to play it off as if I wasn't but then he just grabbed me and hugged me. "Wha-" "Calm down Akane, nothings gonna happen, you'll be alright" so I guess he noticed I was scared of something, huh? But I don't care, as long as I'm in his arms right here, right now, I know I'll be okay...
