*This chapter really said daddy issues*

Fundy could only freeze and stare at the man infront of him.
"Fundy?" Wilbur rang out. He stepped forward, smiling brightly at his son.
"Wilbur." Fundy said through gritted teeth. Ranboo slowly backed away from the two of them before turning his back and walking out of earshot.
"Oh look how much you've grown." Wilbur commented, noticing the small details and differences on Fundy's face. He wasn't lying, Fundy had changed a lot. His face covered in more scruff and scars than the last time he saw his father.
"You've continued with your man juice then?" Wilbur asked.
"God why'd you have to call it that?" Fundy said with a small smirk.
"That's the boy I remember, I miss that smirk." Wilbur smiled. Fundy broke his smile. The boy he remembers, that's funny. If only he was the boy he remembers.
"I'm a lot of things Wil, but I'm not the boy you remember." Fundy said with a tiny laugh. His hand balled into a fist.
"Oh come on now Fundy, you're still there. Still my little kid." Wilbur said, stepping about arms length away from the other. Fundy's eyes started to sting and blur.
"If only." Fundy said clenching his jaw.

He threw out his fist, nailing Wil right in the jaw. He fell backwards stumbling. Wilbur whiped his mouth of any blood.
"Fuck, maybe you-" Wilbur was interupted by Fundy wrapping his arms around his sides.
"God you're just awful, you come back and start calling me your son again after you destroyed my home, you lied to me about why mom left, you conspired against all of us, you hurt so many people." Fundy cried into Wilbur's jacket. Wilbur felt his heart shatter, he stood speachless.
"You're awful, dad. I'm sorry I let it happen. " Fundy sobbed.

"It's not your fault. You had nothing to do with what I did." Wilbur assured him. Wilbur starred down at the man holding onto him. He looked around them, the remains of L'manburg in the distance, the ash stains on everything around them, the scars on his son's face. Something clicked in his mind, something he would pretend he never felt later. He hurt people.

He hurt people.

People he, loved.

Wilbur wrapped his arms tightly around Fundy, holding him close. Tears poured from both their eyes. Wilbur moved a hand slowly up and down Fundy's back.
"I'm sorry." Wilbur cracked.
"Sorry doesn't cut it." Fundy responded.
"I know." Wilbur said.
