Hey! So, I enjoy writting this FanFic sooooooooo much! Thank you, all of our readers, for just sticking with the story! It might be a little shaky, but it is my friend, Cassie's, first time writting a fanfic! Maybe some of you know my other account, but this is NOT my first time. Anyway, I hope all of you like tha chapter!

 Mayu's POV

 He looked me in the eyes, and then……….He pulled me close. Being so naive, I blushed. My heart was pounding being so close to him, it felt so natural. “Uh… Shig-nii? Can we go n-now?” I squeaked out. I didn’t notice that I was blushing. I smiled at him, and took a step back. I looked down the hall, then back at the staircase.

“Well, I just came from that hallway, but I didn’t investigate it. We can go that way.” Shig-nii said and we started to walk down the hall in silence. Soon, the silence was broken by a blood curdling scream.

”MAYYYYYUUUUUUUU! HEEEELLLLLLPPPPPPPPPP!” The voice said. I turned around, white as a sheet.

“N-N-N-Nana?!” I said. Suddenly, I started to shake. My eyes widened and I crumbled to the floor, clutching my head. “No…..no…….NO NO NO NOOOOOOO!” I screamed. Shig-nii ran up to me, but I couldn’t hear what he was saying. I just sat in a mess of my own thoughts. I did this. I am letting her die, with no consequence to myself. It was torture! Then, the hall was silent and I slowly rose to my feet, shaking badly. My gaze was glued to the floor, and all of Shig-nii’s words weren’t reaching me. It was like I was in my own world. Swimming in guilt, drowning at that.

“Mayu!” Shig-nii said, shaking me. Finally I snapped out of it and looked at him. My expression had said it all. I was on the verge of tears. He pulled me into a hug. “Mayu…it is going to be ok. I promise you that. I won’t let anything happen to you.” He whispered into my ear. I smiled and hugged him back. He pulled back, “We should keep going. I think that there is something down this hallway we need to check out.”

“Yeah, I don’t know if it’s just this place, or if it’s the hallway, but my stomach is really starting to feel like I was…….ripped open……..I think there is something down here too.” I said. I felt so weak, so venerable. I gave a wry smile and started down the hallway again. Shig-nii was walking a little further ahead of me. I turned a corner and stopped. It was this place. The hallway. Shig-nii looked back at me, then came over to me.

“Mayu? Is something wrong?” he asked, putting his hand on my arm.

“I…….I…..I….Uh……I….” I choked out. I tried to speak, but the words wouldn’t come out of my mouth. The thoughts were running through my head, giving me a headache. I stared down the hallway, my eyes glued to the mass of black hair that is in a bundle on the floor. The hair is in two masses, showing where I ripped it to open the door. I slowly approached the door, clutching my stomach. The pain was increasing steadily. I reached my hand out towards the hair, my hand growing shaky as I crouched and picked up the hair and laid it in my hand. I looked closely at the hair, something about it was weird. It had something written on it. “Sachan…” I whispered, looking down at the letters, suddenly, I was in a different room, but it looked like I was high up. I was looking at a hallway. It was our school back home. It was…this memory. I clenched my eyes closed and listened to Shig-nii and Yoshiki, listened to my scream. Then I was back. I looked back at the hair, and it had something else written on it. “Don’t look” I started at the letters. Suddenly, I felt something cold on my arms. I was frozen looking down, so I could not tell what was happening. The cold stopped and I looked at my right arm. The word “Don’t” was written on my arm. I looked at my left, and “Look” was written on it. I started to cry, and Shig-nii came over to my side, crouching next to me.

“Mayu…” he whispered. I clenched my eyes closed as he hugged me. Then, the hair started to wrap itself around me, and looked like it was growing.

“S-S-Shig-nii…..he….lp…” I whispered. I tried to yell, but it only came out a whisper. The hair wrapped around my left and right arms, and the words “Don’t Look” glowed through the hair. Shig-nii was saying something, but I couldn’t hear him. And then, I could feel myself go limp as the world around me went dark.
