Hyungwon's P.O.V

I woke up with a pounding headache, "Damn, I must of gotten fucked last night." I thought with my eyes still closed.

I felt like I was moving in a way, it didn't feel like I was on the ground.

I reached my arms out to stretch, only to realize that my hands were stuck together.

"WHAT THE FUCK?!" I shouted, opening my eyes which revealed that my hands were cuffed and I was in a cop car.

I looked at the officer through the rear mirror, "Officer, what is happening?! Why am I here?!" I asked, panic starting to rise in my body.

"Save it for the judge kid. You're under arrest for possession of drugs." He replied sternly, continuing to focus his attention on the road.

"UNDER ARREST?? I DON'T DO DRUGS! THIS HAS TO BE SOME SORT OF PRANK!" I snapped back, what the fuck was going on?

"Shut up, anything you say will be used against you. I advise you start finding a lawyer." The cop responded, putting the talking to an end.

Find a lawyer? What the fuck? I can't even pay off my tuition fees, how am I suppose to get a fucking lawyer?!

I opened my mouth to say something, but decided against it. I didn't wanna get myself in anymore trouble.

The ride was silent for awhile, until we had arrived at the Gwangju Correction Facility. Being escorted
into the building by a cop who was already done with me.

He pushed me into a blank room, decorated with a single metal chair and a desk in front of it.

"Sit down, someone will come in soon." The officer said, turning to back. "Don't even think about escaping." He added, before leaving the room and locking the door.

I sat down and waited, looking at the clock ticking down. I tried to recall the memories of last night, but all I could remember was taking shots with Wonmin and Sungseok before everything went black.

My thought were interrupted when a short male with brown hair and puffy cheeks walked in, carrying a laptop and a binder. He gave me a look, then walked to the other side of the desk and sat down.

He opened his binder and flipped a couple of pages. "The name is Yoo Kihyun, you're Chae Hyungwon. Right?" He asked.

"Y-Yes..." I stuttered, what the actual fuck is happening?

"Age 24, and attending Gwangju's College of Dance?" He added, I nodded my head in response.

"Okay, so Mr. Chae... I have a few questions to ask you." He said.

I gulped and responded, "Yes sir."

"Alright, so why were those drugs in your trunk?" He asked, placing his fingers on the keyboard of his laptop.

"W-What drugs? I don't do drugs! I don't understand how drugs were in my car!" I answered, confused.

"Well... you were found passed out when cops showed up and raided the party. Is there a possibility that you were drunk and forgot that you brought drugs?" Kihyun questioned, typing on the laptop.

"No, I came to the party with nothing except myself and my wallet!" I argued back.

The interrogation went on for two hours, which was filled with Mr. Yoo asking questions and me attempting to prove my innocence. We both could sense that all the questioning was useless, which lead to the end of the interrogation.

Kihyun sighed, "Mr. Chae, all evidence points towards you having possession of drugs. Lying will only get you a worse sentence."

"But I-" I spoke out, before being interrupted.

"If you really want to prove your innocence, you could hire a lawyer who could launch a more detailed investigation." He added.

I groaned, the thought of looking at legal fees was alright stressful. Not to mention the stress of this whole interrogation.

"But I can't afford one, I can barely afford my tuition! How am I suppose to afford a lawyer?" I responded, only to receive a sigh from the other male.

He closed his laptop and binder, grabbing them and stood up.

He approached me, and leaned down to whisper in my ear.

"Plead guilty if you're really innocent, it'll help you in the long run. Your official trial is in 3 days."

I made a shocked and confused face at that, what the fuck? Is he trying to get me in trouble?

Kihyun left and open the door, letting the cop in.

"We're done." He said, shooting me one last look, "See you later, Mr. Chae."

Kihyun left, and a cop escorted me into a single bed cell.

"You'll stay here for the next couple of days until your trial." He said, pushing me into the cell and locking it.

"No please, there has to he a misunderstanding!" I cried out to him, he ignored me and walked away.

I laid on the bed, and covered myself in the blanket. Before I knew it, I felt tears falling down my cheeks.

Why does nobody believe me?
