The three days Hyungwon was stuck at the facility had been hell. His parents had found out, and they were shocked and angry at. Despite how many times Hyungwon desperately tried to prove his innocence.
The news had spread quickly, and he was kicked out of his college that he worked so hard to get into. Everyone in his family despised him.
It was the day before his trial, he sat at his desk and doodled on random scraps of paper he found around the facility. He didn't know what to do, his parents didn't even bother to help him with a lawyer.
Kihyun's advice rung in Hyungwon's head, as he desperately tried to figure out a way to prove his innocence. But his mind was blank. He was sick of thinking about this. He wished he had never went to the party.
He stood up and walked to the bathroom, with a cop following every step.
He looked into the mirror, and couldn't even recognize himself. His eye bags made him seem like he got punched, his eyes and cheeks were puffy. The lack of sleep and intense crying made him look dead.
"Hurry up in there boy, you got visitors." The cop yelled.
"Visitors?" Hyungwon thought, splashing his face with cold water to look a bit more alive before meeting the visitors.
The cop escorted Hyungwon to the visitation room, and was greeted by the sight of Wonmin and Sungseok.
Hyungwon smiled and gasped, "Sungseok!! Wonmin!!" He exclaimed.
"You get ten minutes." The cop informed, slamming the door and locking it.
"It feels so good to see you guys! I still can't believe I'm being arrested for something I didn't do." Hyungwon sighed, he felt happiness for the first time in three days.
Wonmin and Sungseok looked at each, smirking.
"Actually... we're here to tell you something..." Sungseok whispered, still holding the smirk. "The drugs were actually ours."
Hyungwon's eyes widen, "WHAT THE FUCK?? WHY DID YOU LEAVE THEM IN MY CAR??" he yelled.
"L-Listen... t-the cops showed up and-" Wonmin stuttered, before being interrupted by Sungseok. A sense of morality ran through Wonmin's body.
"Thanks for keeping us out of jail, Hyungwon." Sungseok said.
"What the fuck?! So I'm in here for no fucking reason? You better get me out of here right now!" Hyungwon replied, anger tinted his voice.
"Sorry, can't help." Sungseok chuckled, "You better not tell anyone that it was us."
"Or what? I'm literally innocent! I shouldn't even be here!" Hyungwon snapped.
Sungseok grabbed a picture out of his pocket, showing it to Hyungwon. It was a picture of Hyungwon's parents.
"Tell anyone, and I'll make sure Mr. and Mrs. Chae face a miserable fate." Sungseok threatened.
Chills grew down Hyungwon's body, he knew how serious and dangerous Sungseok could be.
"Please, leave my parents alone! I won't tell anyone!"
Hyungwon pleaded.A giant smirk appeared on Sungseok's face. "Good, good luck at your trial tomorrow."
"Please Sungseok! Get me out of here! Help me-" Hyungwon begged, being interrupted by the cop opening the door.
"Times up." He said, escorting Hyungwon out the room and back into his cell.
Hyungwon immediately went to his bed, laying down and covering himself with the blanket. He just wanted today to be over.
Before he knew it, tears rushed down his face. He was already sick of everything.
"Why would they do this to me? I thought we were friends?" He cried to himself.
Not knowing that around the corner, there was a blonde, muscular male staring at him.
