It was a sunny Friday morning, you decided to go out to the market place to buy some more food for your family.
Your father would soon be coming back from the war and you wanted to make him one of his favorite dinners. you made the 10 minute walk to the marketplace, bought some pasta, tomato's, seasoning, and a treat for your little brother.
When you were returning to your home, you saw some of the royal guards inspecting some of your cities townsfolk.
"Hmmmm, this one is close but the nose is too big and the face shape isn't right." What were they doing?
You walk back home and drop of your groceries. When you see your mother, "Ah! Y/N, how was your day today?" your mother said as your brother reached into your bag and grabbed his treat, "Ok, but... there were so many people getting inspected, do you know why?" Your mother thought and then she replied, "The guards are inspecting almost every single one of the townsfolk and haven't told us why, if you go down and check, I'll lend you five dollars!" You sigh, put down your bag, and start hastily making your way back.
You return back to the market to be inspected by the guards. You return to find hundreds of people waiting to be inspected. "So many people, and why? You wait for about 30 minutes and wait till finally, it's your turn.
"Alright, Next!" They shouted. And with that, you stepped forward "Hmmmm, Oh my... Alert the princess immediately and ready our carriage! We have found the one!"
"Wait WHAT? The princess? I'm no one special, just Y/N L/N, I'm not royalty or if any status, just a vil- Hey! Where are you taking me?"
"To the castle my lady, or should I say, my queen~"
