The next few days were hell. Wake up. Beat my face. Wear the most uncomfortable things possible. Run in heels. 6 hour long lessons of history, math, Architecture, Physics and Politics. Keeping a poker face 24/7 and of course. Poison training. I swear every second meal I had was poisoned. It started with a not very bad poison in tiny amounts, felt a bit nauseous later, but it's gotten worse. I can feel my liver trying to rip itself out of my body. That meal... she made me drink so much alcohol, I had about 7 glasses of wine. She even got mad when I got drunk because "a princess should never do that." And made me take another one of those pills. I've been here for 13 days. It's the same rinse and repeat routine. EVERY DAY! I felt hopeless. Alexis would tell me I was doing so great.. then she would cause me so much pain. I was hopeless. I wanted to sleep and not wake up. Until tonight, tonight gave me some hope.

I had just finished taking off my layers upon layers of makeup. Today she made me do self defence. She kept knocking me down. My punches and kicks did nothing to her. I had bruises everywhere and was trying to patch this mess up. When one of the guards came into my room. They locked the door behind them and started waking towards me.

"Jesus, don't tell me that Alexa wanted me for more poison..." You said as you started melting into the sink. The guard is still coming forward.

"What? Can you just go away? Can't you see I'm trying to-" you stopped speaking as you saw something leaking from the guards armour, something white and slimy.

"Lexus..? Is that you?"

The guard takes of their helmet to reveal a face made of white slime.

"LEXUS!" You say as you go into hugging them. At this point, you were honestly desperate for help, and Lexus could provide that for you.

"Hey Y/N, how's it been down here?"

"Absolute hell." You say

"Well, your knight in shining armour is here to help. But first, I need to fill you in." Lexus says

"Oh? What do I need to be filled in on?"

"Well, let's get started."

"There was once a girl named Maria, she lived in the same village as you. Her parents were alcoholics and spent all there money on bottles and drugs. They spent all they had and more. So when the kings officials came and told them they would be facing 16 years of jail time for doing illegal drugs and fraud, they sold there own daughter so that they only faced 6 years instead of 16. Maria was sent to the castle and put to work, Her name was also changed to Millie and changed her last name so no one could Sue the kingdom for child theft. She was to work for the castle for as long as her parents were in jail, but on her 2nd year, while she was carrying bed sheets from one of the many guest rooms to the laundromat. She bumped into Alexia. Alexia started ordering Maria to spend time with her, after about a year, they fell in love. In Maria's last year, they planned to sneak out of the country to the nearby countries who supported their marriage because Alexander changed the marriage rule. And Millie planned to change her name back to Maria, and Alexia to Erica and to marry under the last name of Walten. Eventually, they did sneak out of the country with some friends and planned a small wedding with some friends."

"Well that's good! I don't see how-" you began to say but was then interrupted by Lexus.

"I wasn't done speaking, anyways. One of there "friends" turned out to be a spy for the king. And when he was informed about this. He was furious. So he plotted a plan. And when Alexia walked down the isle...

           UH OH! DEAD PEOPLE COMING UP!

Also there was a man there up on the alter. King Alexander. Who stared at his daughter for a brief moment, then said. "I give you this kingdom with open hands and you betray it. You abandon it. You disobey it. you disobey me." He took Alexia back to her "country". Alexia suffered many painful months back in the palace. Now, a year after Maria's death. Alexander has told the kingdom Maria, or Millie was beheaded for attempting to kill his daughter. And had set up the upcoming golden ball, a competition for royal princes and rich businessman's son's to try to win Alexia's heart.

But Alexia has gone insane. Her plan is to teach you to be her, or what her parents wanted her to be. Have you take her spot, and run away."

You stood there, in shock. "But, if I tell the king that I'm not really Alexia, he'll let me go right?" You said, you knew what Lexus was gonna say but you thought that there might be even a little chance you were wrong.

"Well, I believe if you tell him that You aren't Alexia or he finds out, you'll have the same fate at Maria." You shuttered. "But remember what I told you? I'm getting you out of this place. Now. Questions?"

"How did you know so much about Alexia and Maria?" You asked?

"Uhm..." Lexus said "Before I was a slime, I was Maria's guardian spirit, but when she died, as a failure to protect her, ĦE⃫ took my power and turned me into a slime. But, I still possess some of my abilities, remember that dream you had? That was me transmitting Alexia's memories into you."

"Ok, You could've just told me, but whatever. Anything else I should know?" You said hoping there was nothing else

Lexus started to speak "Alexia knows that you can't keep up the act forever. It's impossible. She knows you'll break at one point. King Alexander will be furious his daughter has escaped her duties. And if my plan fails..."

"You'll be stuck in here till Alexander finds out your not his daughter."
