Chapter 7: Chicks Dig

I wake up to the sun shining directly into my face.

Ugh, I'm not ready to get up.

"Go put the blinds down," I say to Connor, shoving him a bit.

"You do it," he growls, sounding even more tired than me. "I have a terrible hangover."

"And I have a tremendous concussion, so get the fuck up and get it down."

"Argh, you're so annoying," he snarls and gets up, defeated.

As darkness fills the room, I'm sleeping again.

I wake up again, feeling something hovering over me.

It's Connor and his head is on my chest, where it never should be.

"Get off me, pervert!" I yell, shoving him away from me.

"What's your problem, woman?" he asks.

I touch my sore boobs. Now that hurts. "You were lying on my chest on purpose, that's my problem!"

"Acting like you didn't like it." He grins and gets up, wearing only his boxers. He has a body that's good on eyes, I must admit.

"Yea, right. Not even in your wildest dreams." I watch him make his way to his luggage and putting on a first shirt that he sees.

"Wanna bet?" he asks, smirking at me.

"Ugh, gross. You're the most infuriating boy I've ever met."

"I'd describe myself as attractive young male that chicks dig, but whatever," he replies.

"Stop being so full of yourself." He takes a bottle of some sort of alcohol from his backpack.

"Hey, I'm not the one that never had a boyfriend," he remarks and takes a sip from the bottle.

"First of all, I never said that, I only never slept in a bed with a guy before, which I did now," I start, "second, you're the one who's in love with some girl, who apparently doesn't feel the same, and it seems like that's the reason why you start drinking the moment you wake up."

"Never interfere alcohol with girls, they are not connected. And my one true love will always be vodka, girls come and go," he responds.

"You're such a drunk."

"If you knew how good this is, you'd be too," he says and shows me the bottle. It says Viniq on it and the liquid is not like it usually is. It's somewhat purple and blue, and it seems like there are galaxies in it.

"Well that looks like my kida alcohol," I say and stretch out my hand, so that he would pass it to me. I taste it a bit, trying to figure out if I like it or not. "I'm not sure if I like it."

"So apparently you hit your head too hard," he asserts.

"Hey, sorry that I'm not an alcohol freak," I mock.

"Who did you call a freak?" he asks, staring at me.

"I don't know what you're talking about," I respond, staring back at him. Nether of us brakes the stare, even when he pulls the blanket off of me and moves onto the bed.

"Do I need to remind you?" he asks while getting closer to me.

I try not to get confused, even when our faces are just inches apart and he's on top of me.

"I don't know, do you?" I quietly ask, my breathing shallow. I refuse to lose this staring competition, just because of his shameless flirting.

And then he does something I least expect him to do.

He grabs my boob and I break the stare.

He starts laughing uncontrollably and runs away from me, making his way towards the door. "I won, you lost and that's how you do it."

"That's it, you little prick, you're gonna pay for this," I threaten and try to get up, when my vision gets blurry and I stumble to the side.

"Hey, are you okay?" Connor asks, and comes to me to help me stand.

"You should be asking that yourself," I tell him, as I grab him by the shoulders and kick him in the nuts.

He falls down on his knees, growling in pain.

"And this is how we do," I claim in my victory.
