(5 weeks later)
I can't handle my girlfriend. I wanna break up with her but i can't. She gets me Annoyed most of the time. I want April Back she made me smile and happy and excited.
APRIL'S POV:
A nasty smell was on my nose and could not handle the stink. I felt like my Stomach was going in circles. i quickly went to the bathroom wondering if im going to throw up or not. The disgusting feeling went away. I got out the bathroom and got ready to go to the Gym with Jacob. He picked me up and we went to the gym.
We were in the gym working out for sometime now. We were speed walking on the machine when suddenly i felt dizzy.
"April you okay?" he questioned.
"im fine " i lied.
I slowed down the machine and began to get dizzier. Jacob stop it. I slowly got off holding my head. Jacob hold me and looked at me making sure im okay.
"April do you need to go to the hospital??" he asked.
"No im alright" i lied again.
Suddenly i was about to fall to the ground when Jacob catch me. I closed my eyes and everything went pitched black.
