Chapter 26 Carnival

Today Rafael has invited me to the carnival tonight Just a friend hangout. I got ready (Picture above).

I straighten my hair and put on some light make up. Rafael told me he should come for me in about ten minutes. It was 6:05pm and i started to make my way down stairs . I sat on  the couch and text Liza.

" Where you going?" my brother asked.

" with a friend to the carnival"

" you have money?"

" yes"

" is your friend going to pick you up?"

" yes he said he will be here in ten minutes "

" Ooh is a He "

" yes but he's gay" i lied .

" ok good"

My phone vibrate to see a text from Rafael .

RAFAEL: I'M OUTSIDE

I stood up and made my way to the front door.

" Bye Bro"

" Bye sis take care"

I went outside to see him on his car. I got in .

" Hey"

" Hey ready?" he asked.

" Yes i'm excited "

He smiled and began to drive. We drove till we got there. I could see the beautiful ferris wheel shine many bright colors . I could also hear the screams if enjoyment if people. We parked and exit the car. We headed our way to the entrance.

" 2 adults" he said as he paid the woman.

" Rafael i thought i was paying??"

" Well not today , today i'm paying everything " he said as we went inside. 

We bought the bracelet so we would go to all rides as many times as we want. We first wanted to go to the rung of fire. We got on and i began ti get nervous. I hate loops but i'm just acting brave so i wont look like a chicken .

" Your Nervous aren't you?" he asked as he hold my hand tight .

" What?? No" i said.

" I know you April"

" How are you so.........."

The ride started to go and u began to panic . I screamed to the top of my lungs.

" April were nearly away from the start" he said as he laughed at me.

" Sorry is just that i'm so scared "

  " Hahahaha is cool i am TOOO!!!!!" 

The ride started to do its thing going in circles multiple times. My head was going in circles making me have a head ache . When the ride finally stopped i came out so dizzy. I almost fell when he caught me .

" That ride really did affect you" he said .

I nodded my head up and down meaning a yes . 

" do you wanna sit down for a while?" he asked.

" No i think i'm alright now we can go to another ride"

" ok lets go" he said as he hold my hand and began to walk.

We went to many rides and now were lined up to go to one. The line was going when the guy running the ride stopped us from going in.

" Only one of you could enter , there's only one spot left " he said.
