(5 weeks later)
I had fainted twice these few weeks. Jacob asked me out last week and i said yes of course. I fainted yesterday and now im on the hospital.
"Am i going to die" i told Jacob as i held his hand tight.
"No of course not" he told me making me feel calmer.
"I love you" i told him.
"Same" he leaned in and gave me a small kiss on my lips.
The nurse had walked in and smiled at both of us.
"Good news or bad news??" I asked her.
"Well you want me to tell you why you had been acting like this?"
"Yes please" i told her.
"Your pregnant" she said as she smiled.
I didn't smile at all. Jacob looked at me disappointed.
"Ill leave you two alone" she said as she walked out.
" Why didn't you tell me??" he questioned.
"Babe i didn't know" i told him worried not wanting to lose him.
He slowly let go of my hand. I felt like crying. He stood up and slowly began walking away. I don't wanna lose him he actually cares for me. I took all cables from my arm and chest. I got of bed and ran to him stopping him from exiting the run. He turned around saw me. With shocking expression on his face.
"April get back to bed" he told me trying to put me back .
I denied and held him close to me making him hug me. I hugged him tight as tears escaped my eyes.
"Don't leave me" i told him.
He carried me bridal style and took me back to bed and connect be back to the machines.
"Will talk later today" he told me showing sadness in his eyes.
He left the room and left me on my own. I can't have a kid especially if its Angels and not Jacob's. What am i going to tell my brother or what if my mom comes back. Im so screwed. I wonder how will my brother react to this. I wonder if Angle ever finds out. I not going to tell him. I want Jacob to raise him. He looks well educated and well behaved compared to Angle. Plus he probably slept with other girls to. Why did i gave him my body? I regret everything. I looked at my stomach and began to rub. A kid of my own is coming to this world on my future. I just hope everything goes well as i planned. The doctor came a few minutes later and got me all set up to go home. I finally walked out to the waiting room and saw him waiting for me. We made our way outside and into his truck without saying a word. He drove to my place and parked in front of my house. I was about leave the car when he held my hand making me sit back and look at him . I look deeply into his eyes as he also did the same to me.
"We need to talk" he told me seriously.
I instantly got nervous.
