The rest of the day was quiet, almost stubbornly so. I think Kota had told them all what I said, because North kept looking at me like I was a psycho hellbent on killing them all in their sleep.
Which I took offensive. If I was going to kill someone, I wouldn't take the cowards way and do it while their defenses were down.
Gym had just about ended as I stood near the door, waiting on the bell to ring when I smelt my mates again. Stress I didn't know I was holding released from me, and if the sighs coming from them were anything it released from them as well.
I glanced to the side, looking at Gabriel and Nathan as they watched me right back. I gave them a soft smile, walking to the door the moment the bell rang. The sound of their feet hitting the linoleum met me as I continued walking, the heat of their bodies so close to me.
"So, did you drive here?" Nathan spoke, the corner of my lip quirking as I glanced up to him.
"No, I walked." I answered, his eyebrows shooting up.
"Shit trouble, that's at least three miles." Gabriel sprouted, the corner of my lips quirking.
"Well I cut through the woods for one–"
"Those creepy ass woods behind the school?" I nodded to Gabriel, a giggle escaping me thanks to my wolf.
"Let us drive you, we know you live by Kota right?" I nodded to Nathan, my wolf begging me to go with them. Be near them.
I sighed in defeat, rubbing my face as I looked back up to Nathan. "Fine, only if someone feeds me. The lunch here is shit and I didn't eat."
His full lips quirked up, his arm slinging itself around my shoulders. He paused at the sparks that erupted, his eyebrows furrowing as he stared at where our skin was in contact. I felt my own body vibrate with a purr from within me, his eyebrows moving directions as he stared at me.
"Uh, you okay?" My lips turned into a lopsided grin as I nodded, my other hand slinking around Gabriel's arm. I felt his own stare at the sparks, but I couldn't help it. I was so happy and content.
"Come on trouble, let's go get some food."

I sat in Kota's car next to Gabriel, Nathan on my other side and Luke in the front. He was turned in his seat, staring at me with slit eyes like he was trying to figure something out. I stared right back, my head resting on Gabriel's shoulder."You're a werewolf hunter and that's how you know so much crap." He suddenly spoke, a shiver running through me at even the mention of hunters.
"Sorry but no, no hunter." I spoke a lot more venomously than I meant to, the surprise on his face evident as he looked at me.
"Angel then?" The corner of my lip quirked as I shook my head, lifting it from Gabriel as he let out a small sigh.
"I feel like I've made it kinda obvious." The car was silent, my face heating as I tried to look anywhere but Kota's sharp gaze.
"So you're a werewolf?" He asked me incredulously, my hand rubbing at my chest before pressing against my lip.
"Well," I said softly, wishing the car was parked and I could get away.
"We can get you help, if you need it. Doctor Green might not be a psychiatrist, but he's wonderful at listening and knows a few people." He said just as soft, my face warming even more as I looked down.
