Venti's First Move

Xiao woke up in Ventis arms as they were at Venti's place lying in bed together everything that happened yesterday was kinda a blur

V "Ehe you finally awake I see?"
Venti brushing his fingers through Xiao's hair
X "......"
V "Oh wow no flinching,no pushing my hands away,no quickly getting out of my arms all flustered and yelling at me?"
Venti said while smirking
X "You look really...pretty"
Xiao reaching his hand up to stroke Venti's face
Venti couldn't help but blush before he new it his hair began to glow brighter and brighter by every soft stroke Xiao's hands laid upon his face
Xiao stopped stroking Venti's face once he saw his hair glow
V "W-Why'd you stop...?"
Venti realized his hair was glowing then quickly covering it and jumping up from the bed
V "Hey!...I gotta uh...go to the bathroom real quick!Be right back,don't miss me to much!"
X "Ve-"
Venti was already out the room and headed to the bathroom
V "Ugh stop glowing already!...This is so embarrassing-"
Venti said while talking to himself in the bathroom mirror
10 minutes later
V "Finally it stopped glowing!"
X "Ventiiii come back...I miss youuuu"
V "Aww he's adorable!Ehee!"
Venti thought to himself then yelling out
V "Coming!"
Venti came back in a rush jumping into his bed were Xiao was and flopping on top of him making Xiao feel warm he just felt better when he was with Venti simply being in the embrace of Venti made him feel safe
V "You know you forgot about something right?"
X "Hm?...What would that be?"
V "Our date-"

:Cursing:

X "Oh shit,shit,shit I completely forgot!"
Venti laughed
V "It's completely fine!Im honestly ok with staying at my place all day!"
X "No,no I had stuff planned though-and I wanted to make it up to you...for yesterday."
Venti cupped Xiao's face with both of his hands
V "Xiao.It's ok you were nervous and have never felt these feelings before.I already forgave you anywayyy"
X "You make it sound so easy..."
V "Cause it is!"
V "Anyways!Comee onnnn let's just stay at my place!"
Xiao found it cute when Venti begged
X "Fine....o-only because you insisted."
V "Yay!"
V "Oh!And I have some almond tofu for specially made just for you!"
X "You...made me some almond tofu...?
V "Yea,I know how much you love it!I'll go get it be right back!"
Venti quickly got up and headed to the kitchen
Xiao's face flushed a bright red he couldn't help but be happy that his and Venti's relationship was going the way he had hoped as he had feelings for Venti and it was obvious Venti felt the same way but he just wasn't ready to announce his feelings yet nor did he know how too either
Xiao buried his face in a pillow
X "Ughh why is this so complicated.How does Mr.Zhongli do this..."
He said while sounding muffled
V "I'm ba-!...Aww you look adorable like that!
Xiao quickly lifted his head up
X "Stop that..."
V "Fine,fine anyways I got your almond tofu!"
Venti handed Xiao the plate of almond tofu
X "T-Thank you!"
X "*cough cough*...I-I mean uhm...thank you."
Venti laughed
Venti then got back in bed and put Xiao between his legs (basically like him being the big spoon and Xiao being the little spoon if you get the reference) and bundled themselves in covers and slowly Venti put his arms around Xiao's waist and hugged him and layed his head on his shoulder Xiao blushed at how close Venti was to him and feeling his warm hands on his waist and soft face on his shoulder he felt safe in the sweet embrace of Venti enjoying every moment of it but he just continued to eat his almond tofu trying to push these thoughts to the back of his mind
Xiao smiled eating his almond tofu
V "Haha...you should smile more...your smile is really cute-"
Venti's said while his eyes barely open, he was pretty groggy cause he was tired
Xiao blushed
X "Ugh...stupid bard...go back to sleep."
V "Eehe!"
Xiao gave Venti a kiss on the cheek to shut him up
Venti's face completely turned red
V "I..."
X "Go to sleep."
V "Only if you go to sleep with me!"
X "Hm...ok"
V "W-Wait what Xiao I was just j-joking-"
X "Oh you don't me to sleep with you anymore?"
V "T-That's not what I-...hey!Stop that I'm already flustered enough!
Xiao gave Venti a kiss on the nose
V "E-Eh?!"
X "Your cute when your flustered."
Xiao then placed his finished plate of almond tofu on the night stand
X "Come on, let's go to sleep I'm tired"
V "O-Ok..."
Xiao layed his head on Venti's chest his ear to his heart beat and arms around his waist Venti also had his arms on Xiao's waist even though Venti was still blushing from Xiao's sudden change in personality the boys then closed there eyes and let out a few words before drifting into sleep

V "Goodnight I l-love you Xiao"
X "Goodnight I love you too Venti"

And then both drifted asleep in the warm embrace of each other

Author here!Sorry for the sappy and short chapter for anybody who doesn't like that kinda thing but I just thought it would be a cute idea for them to just stay at home and cuddle all day instead of going out on some big public date since Xiao isn't really the one for big crowds and I just really enjoyed writing a cute Xiao and Venti time chapter but anyways I hope you enjoyed this chapter!The next chapter coming soon!
