Alice's P.O.V.:

I couldn't find my razor blade and I was panicking. I always leave it in the same place and now it wasn't there. I lost it.

"Looking for something, freak?", Sarah said chuckling as she stood in the doorway of my room. She was holding her hand out to me with something shining from it. My blade.

I didn't know how to react. She was, in some way, making fun of me.

"Give it to me, Sarah.", I said to her, my voice, unfortunately, cracking a bit.

"Oh. Why? So you can cut?", she said with a smirk. "You're going to die. You should just cut your veins and bleed out. You would be making everyone a favor.", she kept saying.

How could someone be so cold and mean about a subject like this one? She was right, though. I was going to die after all...

I woke up, my chest rapidly rasing up and down. I had my eyes closed and I wanted to keep them like that but they fought against me  and I ended up opening them to see the transparent window from the emergency wing room be decorated by Sophie and Mark, two nurses, with Christmas decorations. Nostalgia took over me and I could feel how a lump started to form in my throat. I couldn't be happy now. After the news I got six days ago from Dr. Irwin and Dr. Hood, I couldn't manage to crack up a smile.

Michael has come to visit me every day. I try to avoid him the best that I can but he always finds a way to make me talk. I don't get that boy. I've been so cold towards him since day one and he still wants to talk me. Maybe Dr. Irwin was right when he told me that Michael cared form, but why would he? I honestly feel like it's because he feels piety for me and I don't like that. I don't want anyone feeling piety for me. It just makes me feel even worse.

I saw Dr. Hood out of my room saying hi to Mark and Sophie. She stepped into the room.

"Hi, Alice. How are you doing?", she said to me.

I didn't know what to say. I'm not good, I can't be good. Everything is falling apart for me. I decided not to answer.

She took a deep breath. "So...I think we're gonna send you somewhere else.", she told me, seriousness all over her face.

What? What is she talking abo-What does she mean with sending me somewhere else? I look up to her, my eyes wide open.

"We are not sure where yet but we just wanted to make you know so you start getting ready for a change.", she said after leaving me alone.

I didn't know how to react. I didn't know where that somewhere else could be. Suddenly, I felt a hot substance between my legs. I look down and saw that the bed had a small red spot. "Great. This is what I needed.", I thought as I realize that my period decided to show up.

Michael's P.O.V.:

"What do you mean you're moving her? Why?", I asked Ashton as he told me that Alice was no longer going to be at Roller Ranger.

"Mr. Kennan decided that it was the best because of her...just because.", Ashton told me, looking down.

"And that's it?", I said. I couldn't believe that it was going to be just like that, without a reason.

"That's it.", Ashton said but it wasn't enough for me. I had to figure out why this crazy decision was made out of nothing. I was determined to find out what was going on.
