Author's P. O. V.
"You seem quite nervous, Princess?", he said giving her his soft smile.
"D-do I?", she questioned back.
"You do. And may I ask why?", beomgyu asked her.
"Well it's just nerve wrecking how I'm gonna be the center of attention here... I don't know why it's getting on my nerves this much.", Y/N said biting her lower lip.
"Don't be so nervous, you know that I'm going to be by your side all the time, right?", he asked her whil drawing some random patterns on the back of her hand.
"Yes.", Y/n nodded.
"Believe me and don't let your nervousness stop you from enjoying the day, hmm?", Beomgyu said while making her stand and walk with him to exit the room.
They both walked into the ballroom as the guests were thrown in the pit of aweness as soon as they saw the beauty of the Princess.
They both greeted the Royal's as they stood in the middle of the big staircase which was connected to the entrance and gave a clear view to the audience, to start the ceremony.
Everyone was admiring the beautiful couple, while someone was standing in the dark, throwing invisible draggers at them.
The person's aura was quite dark and the burning flames of jealousy could be sensed in the raging eyes.
The rings were handed to the couple while the guest's were ready with their wines in their hand.
Just as Y/N raised her hand forward, the lights went off.
Groans were heard from the guests as the servant's panicked.
But before Beomgyu could reach out his hand to hold Y/N's.
Someone pushed her down the stairs as a scream of fear left from Y/N's mouth.
Before anyone could react to the unknown scream, the lights were turned on and the sight infront of them took everyone offgaurd.
The Princess was lying unconscious at the end of the stairs with blood flowing through her head.
"PRINCESS!!"
"You make me believe in fairytales and I stupidly believed. "
