Ch.13

Chapter 13:
We start to play truth or dare. The game gets off to a stupid start. The dares were lame. Like Shawn was dared by Taylor to lick his foot. It was just weird. I decided I would go and find Cameron. I got up pretending I had to use the bathroom.

"Hey babe where are you going." Nash asked as I passed him. "To the bathroom" i said flashing him a smile. I felt so bad about lying to Nash. But I didn't want him freaking about about me going to see cam. I walked out the front door. There sitting on the steps was Cameron. I sat down next to him.

"Hey cam r u okay?" I asked him. He looked at me "court Nash is my best friend!" He started. "I can't and I mean can't have a thing for his girl. I blushed turning away so Cameron didn't get any ideas.

"But I can't stop thinking about you! I think I love you." He said turning to look at me. "Cam. I'm sorry you had your chance but you picked Stephanie. I said. Cam looked uneasy. I was never dating Stephanie. She was my ex. She came onto me. I only loved you." He said. Cam started to lean in I closed my eyes.

"Cameron what the hell are you doing!" Nash yelled . Cameron whipped around to see Nash running down the stairs at him. Nash grabbed Cameron by the collar of his shirt. "Why you be touching my girl?" Nash said angrily. He was so mad he was shaking. Taylor ran down the stairs and took Cameron from Nash. Cameron and Taylor walked around to the back of the house. Nash came towards me.

"Why'd you lie to me?" He said looking hurt. "I didn't want you to worry." I told him. "That's not the reason. You still love cam. How could I be so stupid." He said tears coming to his eyes. "Nash please. I don't" I said pleadingly. "I've heard that one before. Courtney I think you better leave." He said turning and walking away. I felt a tear on my cheek. As the one thing I loved walked away from me forever.
