Chapter 10:
A few days went past and I had not heard a single thing from Nash. I was beginning to think that he had moved on and forgotten about me. The fifth day of not hearing from Nash. I got a phone call. It was Nash. He sounded odd.

"Babe babe babeeee. Can you come pick me up please." He said uneasy. I told him I would be right there. I grabbed my car keys and raced to go and find Nash. I found him lying at the edge of the road in a pool of blood. "Nash!" I cried. I cradled him in my arms and kissed his blood soaked lips.

"Court, I got jumped" he managed to say. "I needed time away I'm sorry. He said almost crying. "Sssshhh" I pressed my finger against his lips. "Nash it's alright I'm here. I got you okay." He smiled at me. I looked him up and down. He wasn't in bad condition. He looked like he had been punched a few times but that was it. I pulled him up onto his feet and opened the passenger door. I slowly eased him into the seat. And drove very carefully back home. I laid him down on my bed in my room. I tended to him before quickly sneaking for a shower. I took a quick shower and jumped into my sweats. When I got back to Nash. He was already sitting up and walking around my room. He bounded towards me and scooped me up. We both landed on the bed with a thud. I laughed.

"Nash! You gotta watch out. You're not fully healed yet!" I said sternly. "Babe look I'm fine." He said kissing my neck. Nash pulled my sweater over my head. This time I didn't stop him. He kissed me from my breasts down to my waistline. He then slowly started pulling my sweatpants down to my ankles. He hooked his finger on my panties and pulled down. "Nash no." I said pulling them back up. We pulled back the covers and laid there for what seemed like hours. I stared into his blue eyes for what seemed like eternity.

"Nash I love you." "I love you to the moon and back baby" Nash said. I kissed him softly like that was the last kiss we were ever going to share
