The new midoriya

"Get her bottle off the counter too and let's go, everything else is in the car" you yelled out to katsuki as you made your way to the door, with Katsumi in your hands.  "why the hell are we going" he yelled from in the kitchen, "we are supporting izuku and ochacko, let's go" you yelled back exiting the house.

"again I ask, why the hell are we going"

he yelled, but heard no response, "oi!!!" he yelled again, but you weren't there. he heard the car horn blow signaling that you already made your way to the car. He kissed his teeth, and grabbed the bottle off the counter, a string of curses as he also grabbed his keys and made his way out the house.

Today's the date for the new members of the midoriya family to be born. ochacko is currently in labour. Izuku recently called us, saying she was close to giving birth.

you said you'd be there as soon as she arrived at the hospital, but izuku argued that it would take too long, and he wouldn't want us to wait so long, especially with Katsumi, and of course, you refused, but katsuki demanded that we went after he called us, already pissed that he had to go on his day off, but he did, not without throwing attitude all over the place, a pout on his face whenever you got a glimpse of it.

You looked over at the ash-blonde as he drives.

His eyebrow slightly knit together. "babe, isn't it good that their baby along with mina's, that's schedule later down this year is gonna be in the same grade, and we can put them in the same school" you smiled at the thought, you heard a groan leaves his throat, still not pleased with the whole thing.

"I don't want my kid associated with Deku's, nerds are contagious" he replied scrunching his nose to show how against it he was.

You felt a smirk slip up your mouth, knowing the impact it's gonna have on him.

"well you call him a nerd but who's the number 1 hero right now"

As soon as he heard those words leave your lip, something pulled at his chest, he was doing his all, maybe he could go beyond that, but now you, his wife were rubbing it in his face that Deku was number 1 and not him, as a joke. It pissed him off, more than you thought it would.

He came to an abrupt stop in the middle of the thankfully empty street, giving you a small whiplash, you rubbed your neck, a sight of discomfort on your face as a small pain lingered. You snap your neck to the back seat, faster than you anticipated hurting your neck a little more as you check on Katsumi.

When your eyes met, she giggled, tiny babbling and laughter left her mouth, as she fidgeted her arms towards you. You smile at her and brought your hand to hers, holding it, and gently shaking it. It seemed to have made her happy as her giggles got louder, making your heart melt. but now it was back to your issue

You twisted in the seat, sitting back now facing the front, but at that time, you haven't realized the man beside you, unbelievably quiet.

"What did you say," he said, with an unreadable tone. You look over at him, and saw him just staring at the steering wheel as if it had something urgent to tell him.

It took you back for a second, guessing it was about the teasing, "I was just joking katsuki" you said, releasing a few awkward giggled at how bad he took it, way worst than you thought, maybe this one was on you.

He didn't say anything, and just drove off again, an unpleasant ride for the two at the front, as the tension stood strong, but not for little Katsumi who was giggling happily, as she watched the world through the window, with no knowledge of the situation.

Both parents relished in the sound of their child's joy, but showed no emotion to it, both envious of the child laughing in amaze in her baby seat with not a care in the world.
