21 year old doctor Alexia bea Garcia, was best friends with Mason mount since childhood but moved back to Italy to live with her grandparents and completely lost touch. What happens when she returns to London living with bestie Lilah for a new job...
The next morning, Alexia dragged her self out of bed. She was normally always a morning person but barely slept at all the night before as she was tossing and turning worrying about her childhood best friend. She wasn't allowed to go to the hospital last night as it was family only until visiting times. Alexia always hated this rule the hospital put in place as it was unfair on partners who weren't married and friends.
A had a shift that starting at 9:00 am, which she was lucking forward too as it would distract her and she would get to go and see the brunette boy which she knew was going to be hard to see. She was always so protective of mase and tried her best to never let anything happen to him, it defeated her when anything did and she always felt she had let herself and him down.
Alexia remembered telling mase when he fell out of the tree house and had a cast on lying in a hospital bed that she would never let him end up in a hospital bed again and if he ever did she would fix him so he wasn't in pain but she was unsure wether this was possible and that broke her. This was always one of the reasons Alexia wanted to become a doctor in the first place. She remembered losing her nana (on her mother's side) at the age of 9 to cancer and always promised herself and mase she would become a doctor so she would never lose any of her family or friends again. Mason never had a doubt in his mind knowing how determined and smart she was.

Alexia arrived at the hospital in her uniform and treated some patients before heading to see mase on her break. She had dreaded it the whole morning knowing it would hurt her so much seeing the man she loved, unable to tease her or answer back in a smart way to annoy the blonde girl.
He was There, right in-front of her. Alexia immediately looked up at the SATS of mason on the screen next to him, sighing in relief. All his levels were normal which was a good thing showing he was stable and still fighting. Mase was always a fighter, he picked up his determination mostly from A never letting him give up and he was so thankful for that. It was just a matter of time of when or if he was going to wake up, which left his whole family and friends on edge. Alexia sat down and began speaking to Mase as if he was going to reply back. She believed and always had since becoming a doctor when patients are in a coma they can still hear you. Wether this was true or not she never knew but she always a a feeling it was. Alexia spoke about some memories the pair shared from the past and most importantly kept reminding him that she loved him and always had. Debbie and Declan walked in with flowers and teddies nearly buying the whole gift shop.
This was alexia's sign to head of back to work after having a quick chat with Debbie trying not to get emotional. leaving them to have a moment in private though she knew, Debbie would have wanted her to stay.
Alexia had finished work and popped in on mason before she left for 5 minutes which turned into hours! It's was 8:00pm when she decided to leave ringing Lilah to come and pick her up.
Alexia decided to post on Instagram addressing and letting everyone know what had happened to Mase, since he didn't play in the recent Chelsea match and hadn't been active on social media. Also, the paparazzi where all over the scene of the accident, some saying he was dead which wasn't in fact true. So she took it upon herself to clear the rumours.

Alexia was so great full of the support she received which made her feel more confident in mason waking up. Her, Lilah, decs and little sister Aurora decided to have a movie night (Aurora staying over to keep Alexia company and distracting her, which she was always good at) like they used to when they were younger. The 4 headed to bed. Alexia cuddled up to Aurora after missing her little sister and the times she used to come and stay in her bed when she was only little as she was scared of the monsters mason told her about, Alexia always made her feel the most safe.
