Complicated School Life

Chapter 2: Villan Attack (Part One)

~Time Skip, end of day~

Takeda changed into regular clothes and headed towards Yaru's room. Today's lessons had surprisingly not been all that hard, and the day went by quickly. Standing in front of her door, Ken knocked lightly on the smooth surface, waiting for someone to answer.

She walks out of her room in a pure black outfit after making sure to grab her phone just in case something happens. "Hey thank you for doing this."

Takeda let out a small chuckle, before rifling through his hair. "I didn't think I really had a choice in the matter." He said with a smile. "But why would I skip a chance to hang out with you..." Takeda trailed off and blushed, wanting to take his words back.

She smiles softly "Yeah that's what happens when your dad is also a teacher and a pro hero. Not that I mind having you with"

Ken's Blush darkened, "R-really?" He asked as he coughed a bit as they walked down the street.

Yoru nodded being oblivious to the fact that he was blushing. "Yes I really enjoy spending time with you. Your one of the few people who don't say my quirk is villainous..." She stopped talking before she said to much.

Takeda stopped in his tracks and turned Your to face him. "Villainous? Just because your wings are black doesn't mean your a villain. Who says that to you?" He asks gently, facing her.

Yoru pauses for a moment not sure if she should tell him but decides to anyways. "Well it has to deal with the quirk that isn't genetic my wings are a mutation quirk that I got from my dad. My actual quirk I don't use often since it could kill easily. Most of 1-A..."She continues "Shadow Fall is the name of my actual Quirk. I can basically turn my body into a toxic black mist to attack with. However each time I morph into shadow form I can only hold it for up to 30 seconds at a time and I require at least a 10 second break between morphs. At least right now but it does have a side effect if I use it to much with in the day."

Ken's breath hitched at her comment. "Wow...that's powerful." He said trying to fathom the power Yoru had at her control. "My quirk is so lame compared to yours." He said rubbing the back of his neck.Yoru hugs him a bit flustered

"Hey your quirk is powerful too I have a hard time keeping up with you when you do use your quirk." She pauses to look at him "We probably should continue moving we have a set amount of time..."

Isamu squeezes Yaru gently, and then nods at her mention of their time limit."Yeah, Mr. Aizawa will kill us if we're even a second late." He said as they continued walking. "You know Yoru chan, I kinda envy the relationship you and your dad have...I don't remember my parents all that well...they died when I was young."

Yoru continues looking at him "Well Dad would never had sent me with someone he didn't trust. Trust me other wise I would have been sent with my brother instead." She pauses and brakes the hug "That's ok that you don't remember Takeda Kun there is probably a reason your suppressing them."

Takeda looked down as the painful memory of his parent's death came back to him. It had been hours since their car rolled down into the wooded area, Takeda was trapped. The car had flipped upside down and he was curled up against the ceiling. He remembered how his cheek and neck stung, some broken glass had cut him, he was bleeding. "Mama? Papa?" He looked over to the front of the car, his parents were covered in blood, both still fastened to their seats from their seat belts, they weren't moving. Takeda came back to reality and swallowed hard, he could feel tears stinging at his eyes. "It was a car accident, a battle broke out on the outskirts of town. We were driving home and we got caught up in the crossfire. Our car rolled down a hill into the woods before. Somehow I survived for the five hours it took a rescue party to find us. My mom and dad weren't so lucky." Isamu continued as sniffled a bit.

Yoru looked a bit shocked since he has never opened up to her about his past or show his emotions that often. "I'm so sorry Takeda I couldn't imagine losing my dad's like that. Just know my dorm is always open if you need me."She takes his arm trying to be comforting "You are an amazing person and sweet that's one of the reasons I care for you a lot." She stops realizing that she pretty much told him how she feels

Takeda smiles as his blush returns, she really thought those things? His heart begins to beat faster. On impulse he grabs Yoru's cheek and pulls her lips in to touch his in a spicy kiss. After what feels like a lifetime, he pulls away and glances into Yoru's sparkling eyes. "I-I'm sorry!" He says not even understanding why he had made such a bold move. Turning around he quickly began to walk down the road in the direction of the store which was within his sight line.

Yoru stood there for a bit trying to wrap her head around what just happened. As soon as she came to she rushed over to him looking like a blushing mess. "It's ok I don't mind."

Isamu looked down a blushing mess as well. Letting out a breath he rubs his neck nervously. "That's good...but I really am sorry...I should have asked first." Takeda mentioned as he continued to walk.

"Well sometimes people do thinks in the heat of the moment when they feel intense emotion even if they don't like the person..." Yoru looks down at the thought of him not liking her back.

Takeda stopped again, had he really made her feel that way? "But I do like you..." He said quietly "That's why I did it."

Yoru's blush turned brighter
"Y-you do?" She stopped hoping her flushed face wasn't noticable

Ken nodded, and took her hands in his. " Yeah, ever since I met you I guess I've had a crush on you. But I've been afraid to act on it, I'm not really good with people."

Yoru looks at him showing the fact he was blushing. "Well I have had a crush on you but never said anything because I was afraid that you didn't feel the same way."

Takeda's breath hitched, "Of course I think the same way." He said with a smile before sighing, "Maybe we should hury, the store is right up there." He said as he gently grabbed her arm.

Yoru smiles softly as she rests her head on his arm "Yeah we should hurry."

Smiling Takeda led the way to the store. They walked inside and down to the pharmacy section. "Here's the melatonin-" he said as he pointed towards a shelf.

Yoru smiles as she grabs the melatonin "Why thank you." She says as the cashier screams.

Takeda spun around to see two all too familiar faces waltz in. "Yoru...it's Dabi and Toga from the League Of Villians." Ken said frantically. As he ducked behind the shelf with Yoru.

"It seems we've stumbled upon an opertunity here Toga...what do you say we take it." Takeda heard Dabi say before holding a ball of fire in his hand.

"I think that we should Dabi" Toga spoke happily as Yoru quickly grabbed her phone messaging Aizawa sos before Toga uses a special device to stop cellphones.
