"Why do you look nervous?" Namjoon asks Jungkook who is sitting in his usual place on the kitchen counter while Jin finishes getting Minjun ready.

"Do I?" Jungkook feels nervous but he'd rather it wasn't showing as it clearly was.

"Your date went well, very well in fact, really well... so why the nervous expression?" Namjoon is trying to distract himself from the tedious task of pulling grapes one by one and putting them into a small container for his son's lunch.

"What's with the emphasis on how well it went?" He'd noticed the change of tone when Namjoon said 'really'.

"You kissed! Besides, it wasn't really a first date, you've been talking for a good month now."

"I think that explains why the date felt so natural."

"So... why are you nervous?"

"Because I will be seeing him at the centre for the first time since yesterday and I don't know how to act? We aren't really together, together after only one date and a few conversations so I don't know what to do when I see him."

"You have just said that everything felt natural so just go with whatever is natural when you see him. There's no point overthinking it. You've said he always speaks to MJ first anyway so it will give you a second to think about it."

"I don't want to come across as too full on, you know?" After the date yesterday, he'd been in a bit of a dream world, he'd even typed out a goodnight text to Tae and promptly deleted it.

"What's too full on? You like him, don't you?" Namjoon smiles to himself, feeling a sense of achievement when he closes the lid to the pot and puts it in egg-bag.

"Yeah I like him but that's part of the problem because I really like him. I don't want to push things faster than he wants them to go."

Namjoon looks at the man swinging his legs and fiddling with his fingers in his lap. "You are an intelligent guy, you just need to make sure you pay attention to Tae's reactions and responses. He's given you the green light so far, hasn't he?"

"Yeah. I feel like we are both on the same page, everything is evenly matched and mutual... but that could be just my perception." Jungkook says, shrugging his shoulders a little bit.

"Stop overthinking and go with the flow. From everything you have said, I think you will know if you are moving too fast or doing something he doesn't want. He's a pretty intuitive guy, right?"

"He is. He says stuff about deep feelings and is big on sensory stuff but to be honest I have no clue what most of it means. I either have feelings for someone or something or I don't."

"And he's into meditation?"

"Yeah. That's one thing I've agreed to try. It just makes me think of a load of people sitting with their legs crossed in a temple, hands out, thumb and forefinger pressed together, chanting something no one understands."

Namjoon laughs out loud, "Oh dear! I don't know if you're going to be shocked or surprised when you find out the truth."

"What truth?" Jungkook frowns.

"If Tae is the type of person I think he is then you are in for a real treat and it will be a big eye opener... However, I could be very wrong as I'm only basing it off of what you have said and the brief time that we met him."

"What are you talking about?" Jungkook was confused as to why Namjoon looked quite so amused.

"Uncle Kookie... ready... list... ready to go?" Minjun bursts into the kitchen with Jin behind him.
