CHAPTER SIX

I stared at him probably looking like I had slits as eyes. "what the hell are mates!?" I screamed, He looked at me like I was an idiot. "You are my mate and I now found you, you cannot leave my side!" he said pulling me to his side. I tried wiggling out of his grip there was no movement. "HELP PLEASE ANYONE!" I screamed with tears running down my cheeks." NO ONE can hear you, you can try but I did some changes to this house... so I don't think someone's going to run in here and save you" Vincent growled into my ear. "please I don't want to end up like my mother I need to find her killer!" I screamed. His hand finally loosened on my arm. "so you really are here for your mother, thought you wernt but guess what.. still not going to let you leave" He said with a grin in his eye." Your a bloody monster!" I screamed and walked towards the front door. Vincent was standing there. "that's impossible... you cant do that, There is no such thing as vampires!" I said trying to get past. "you don't think that Vampires are real, here let me change your mind" He said then he just disappeared. I ran. I ran as fast I could, got hold of the front door handle and got it open and ran. I was able to get into my house and lock the doors. My breath was heavy and my heart was beating a million beats a minute. "ELLEN MARTIN, I KNOW YOUR IN THERE" Vincents boomed on the other side of my front door. I got my gun out of my pocket. " its for emergancys and if the person doesn't listen to the law, he is doing both" and before I knew it my figure pulled the trigger. 3 bullets went through the door and through flesh. "AAAARRRGHHH!!" I heard the voice scream in pain I ran towards my back door. "ELLEN OPEN THIS FUCKING DOOR NOW!!" Vincent screamed. I ignored him and ran out of the back door and out into the forest behind my house. Shit shit shit gotta get out of here. I got my purse out of my pocket (didnt need much being a cop) pulled my badge out threw it on the ground. ID don't need it threw it on the ground bank card need it and license ill keep that for now. I ran. Down to the creek. Shit dead end. "ELLEN!" I could hear Vincent behind me. I looked up. My old tree house. I climbed the tree and hid. "please don't find me please don't find me" I whispered to myself. I heard vincents big feet arrive under my tree. He shuffled around at the bottom of the tree. I peeked down. He couldn't see me. he rawed in frustration and punched the tree, and before I knew it the tree was falling.
