My alarm rings and I didn't sleep well. I do morning hygiene. I wear a white asymmetric-neck crop top, beige sweatpants, white sneakers and a beige and brown tartan patterned cardigan. I grab my things and walk downstairs. I see Addie in a white sweatshirt, gray leggings and white and red Vans shoes.

"Good morning.", I say.

"Good morning. Lexi left for us some eggs and bacon.", she says.

I nod. We have breakfast and make our way to the lecture. Me and Addie walk in.

"Hey, crazy Joyce!", Joshua yells.

Everybody laughs except for me and Addie. We sit next to each other at the back. Then Mr Jackson walks in the room. He's wearing a black pea coat, black pants and black loafers and his hair is down. He glances at me and smiles but I'm really not in the mood to smile back.

"Good morning.", he says.

"Good morning, Mr Jackson.", we say.

He explains the topic to us. I take notes.

"Well, this was our lesson for today.", he says.

They go out and I make my way to the door.

"Uh, Joyce. Can you stay here please?", he asks.

"I'll be in the library.", Addie says.

I nod and stay. Mr Jackson waits till all students exit the room.

"How was your day?", he asks.

I shake my head and let out a deep sigh.

"You said you're a psychologist.", I say.

"Yeah.", he says.

"Can I plan a session with you, please?", I ask.

"Yes, of course.", he says. "When do you want to do it?", he asks.

"I'm always free.", I say and shrug my shoulders.

"Is today okay with you?", he asks.

"Yeah, thank you so much, Mr Jackson.", I say.

"No problem. I'll pick you up at 3.", he says smiling.

I nod and walk out. I go to the library. I find Addie.

"I'm going to the apartment.", I say.

"Okay. Is everything alright?", she asks.

"Yeah.", I say.

I walk off. I go to the apartment. I change my clothes to a blue crop top, light skinny ripped jeans and blue and white Nike shoes. I make myself a sandwich. It's now 2:55 pm. I go outside. I see Mr Jackson in his car. He opens for me the door and I get in. He drives off. We don't say anything on the way. We get out and enter the clinic. He leads me to a private room.

"Please, have a seat.", he says.

I sit on a couch and he sits on a chair in front of me. He holds a pen and a booklet.

"So why did you wanna come today?", he asks.

"I think I'm uhh mentally ill.", I say and cover my face with my hands crying.

"It's okay to cry.", he comforts me and stands up.

He comes to me with tissues.
