Mami is evil. Honestly, she broke up with Kazuya, then when he got a "girlfriend" (rental), she became all toxic and annoyed. From there, she tried to make Kazuya fall in love with her again (at the time, he still loved Mami), as shown from the beach chapters. Chizuru tries to get Mama to like Kazuya again, as she wanted him to have a real girlfriend, but she says that she doesn't have feelings for Kazuya.
Her feelings are very complicated to say the least. Although she was the one who said they should break up, she keeps reminding him about the child they would have had, then blows him off. Mami Nanami is the antagonist everyone loves to hate. She is narcissistic, self-absorbed, and honestly, a really nosy person. If she really doesn't love Kazuya anymore, then she should just leave it at that and stop trying to "break" (because they're not actually dating) Chizuru and Kazuya apart.
