"Penelope! Penelope!" Willow yelled, running through the hallways of the BAU.

"Hey, slow down, Short Stuff," Morgan said, "Where's the fire?"

"I need to speak with Penelope."

"What's this about? You look pretty upset."

"If I tell you, it'll get back to my brother."

Morgan put a hand over his heart. "You don't think I can keep a secret? I'm hurt, Sunshine."

"My brother will read you in a second."

Morgan sighed, knowing she was right. "In her office."

Willow kissed Morgan on the cheek. "Thanks Morgan, you're a doll!" She burst into Penelope's office, only to interrupt her making out with Kevin. "Get out," Willow told him.

"Wait. Hold up, I was...!"

Penelope put a finger on his lips, effectively shutting him up. "I'm sorry, Kevin. But my Sunshine needs me right now."

Kevin grumbled and pecked her on the lips. "You're terrifying, you know that? So much anger in such a small body," Kevin told Willow as he left.

The door closed and Willow immediately started rambling.

"Woah. Woah, slow down. Now what's going on?" Penelope asked her.

"So you know how the Bureau is getting together that task force for International Art Theft?"

Penelope nodded.

"Well, I saw that they had an analyst position open and I applied for it."

"And?"

Willow bit her bottom lip. "Well...I got it."

"You what?"

"I got the job."

"Oh my god."

"Yeah."

"OH MY GOD!" Penelope threw her arms around Willow. "My Sunshine is all grown up now!" Penelope let go of her and sat down at her bank of computers.

"What are you doing?" Willow asked her.

"What I do best."

Willow patted her on the shoulder. "I'll leave you to it then."

Penelope threw a file down in front of her a few days later. "Sorry it's late. The team was on a case."

"And what exactly is that?" Willow pointed to it with her fork.

"A complete file on the man who's going to be your boss."

Willow nearly choked on the noodles she was eating. "You did what! Penelope!"

"I know. I know I normally feel gross about pouring through someone's background, but I have to know my Sunshine is in good hands."

Willow opened the file. There was a picture and a name: Marcus Pike.

"He's transferring from the Austin office. Been married and divorced. There was a fiancé in the picture for a little while, but she disappeared from his social media, so I'm going to assume they broke up," Penelope explained.

Marcus was a man with deep brown eyes and tousled brown hair. He was clean shaven, but Willow could see the beginnings of some facial hair. His family was from Texas and he had graduated from Texas A&M with a double major in Criminal Justice and Art History. Parents were still happily married. All he was missing was a silver spoon in his mouth.

"So, have you told your brother yet?" Penelope asked.

"Told me what?"

Willow looked up in horror to see her brother standing there. "Oh, hey Spence."

"Willow. Told me what?"

Penelope looked between the Reid siblings and said, "I'll just...I need to..." She awkwardly excused herself as Spencer sat down.

He picked up the file. "Marcus Pike. Isn't he the guy in charge of that new art theft task force?"

Willow played with the noodles in her cup. "Um, yeah. Yeah, he is."

"Why do you have a file all about him?"

"Have you talked to mom lately? How's she doing?"

Spencer narrowed his eyes at his younger sister. "You're dodging the question."

"Yeah, don't need to be a profiler to know that," Willow muttered, stabbing at her noodles.

Spencer took the cup from her. "Willy, what's going on?"

Willow sighed. "They needed an analyst and I applied for the job. I honestly didn't think I'd get it."

"You got the job?" Willow nodded.

Spencer's face lit up with a smile. "That's amazing! Congratulations!"

"You...you're not mad?"

"Willow, why would I ever be mad?"

"That's the thing! I don't know!"

Spencer put his hand on hers. "This is a great opportunity. You'll be working with some great agents. You'll get to travel. That's all you ever wanted."

"I know. I know, but..."

"Don't worry about feeling like you're leaving us behind. The BAU will always be there for you, you know that."

"I do."

"Mom would be proud of you."

Willow smiled. "Do you really think so?"

Spencer nodded. "Of course. She's always wanted you to do what you love."

"Thanks Spencer. Guess I need to pack up my office."
