Chapter 11. Reunited

Jimin's POV

"You see my granddaughter here... she loved dancing... She could help choreograph easier steps to help you while you have injury. She'd aid you in your audition dear." Lisa's Halmeoni told me.

Here I am staring at her like a confused child in the world.

Nothing changed, she still had bangs.. only that her hair is shorter this time.

She's still beautiful as ever.

"Me? Why did it have to be me Halmeoni." She said

"Oh come on... this poor guy is frustrated....he wants to achieve his dream."

I tried to hide my smile.

Deep inside, I'm so happy that I saw her again.

When she left me, I was always lonely and sad.

I've also wondered which city she have moved with her grandmother.

"Alright fine." Lisa said while crossing her arm.

This time, her grandmother had left to get something at the storage room.

I took the chance and pulled her with me.

We reached outside the restaurant and I could feel her trying to get away from my grip.

"Yah.. Park Jimin...what do you think you're doing here? That letter I told you...we shouldn't cross paths like this again."

"Is it my fault? That our fate is intertwined....look your grandmother just asked me to follow her after she saw me whining on the streets."

"You should've declined her help!"

"I can't just reject the offer of an old woman..."

"I'm definitely not helping you Park Jimin."

"Lisa...this audition, is very important to me....I got injured so I can't dance...I was hoping that it would be you who'd help me."

Author's POV

Lisa looked down as if pondering about what he just asked her.

She also saw the look of sadness in Jimin's eyes.

This time she looked at him.

"Alright I'll help you."

Lisa's POV

This time I agreed.

Besides, I shouldn't be affected that much anymore.

I decided to leave it all in the past..right now, he's like a stranger I just met.

"Lisa....if you have time..Maybe we could talk things out..about what happened in the past."

Great...now he's mentioning it.

I crossed my arms and looked at him, trying my best to look unaffected

"Jimin...please..."

"I know you don't want to talk about it anymore...But I'm the type of person who wants to resolve any conflicts that has happened. If we can't go back to that relationship...you can still lean on to me if you ever need anything."

This time, I regretted staring unto his eyes.

My eyes started to get misty...my tear is at the verge of falling..

I still loved him though..

I can't just forget that fact...that I have always loved Park Jimin.

"Hello kids, I've prepared cookies, come join me." Grandma called us from the door.

We went back and act as if nothing happened.

Author's POV

Jimin, Lisa,and her grandmother all sat down.

"So tell me Lili dear....are you ready to help Jimin in his audition?"Her grandmother asked

"Yes." Lisa replied

"I'm grateful for this Halmeoni,and most especially to Lisa who agreed." Jimin eyesmiled.

"I'm glad with that."

This time the restaurant's telephone rang so Lisa's grandmother went away from them for awhile, leaving them both in the table.

"What happened to Minnie?" Lisa suddenly asked Jimin.

"We haven't spoke for years.. I did asked for her forgiveness but she didn't wanna forgive me anymore."

"I blame myself Jimin... that's why I left." Lisa stood up and eventually left Jimin on his own.

Jimin's POV

Lisa..

I finally understand now.

She didn't leave me because she doesn't love me anymore.

She left because she was suffering of guilt which she shouldn't.

None of this is her fault.

Right now I decided to become determined.

I will strive to regain our friendship...and I will continue loving her.

I stood up and walked towards her.

She was drinking water and stopped when she saw me already too close to her.

"Lisa... just so you know... I'm not yet over you." I whispered.

Then I smirked before leaving the restaurant with my hands inside my pocket.

"Tell Halmeoni I left first." I told her as I exited.
