RAFE CAMERON was your typical bad boy. Heartless rich kid, impulsive, anger issues, barely ever went a day sober. His reputation was filled with adversity, having earned the title of a shallow narcissist by the entire Outer Banks.
But the truth was, Rafe wasn't a narcissist. Impulsive, yes, but he hated himself. Always so self aware, yet having no idea how to change. He knew he had problems, he wanted to be different, and he wanted to love. But never did he have anyone to do anything for. He'd never had stability, never anyone to tell him he'd be alright.
