                              *Nick's POV*
I shook off the whole Colin thing the next day.
The diner party was amazing. Tori was her usual, witty self and Gus and Penelope were cool with us.
As if we were all just old friends.
And we were.
Gus told me that he still liked Tori but he develops feelings for Penelope, which was fine with me.
I still love Penelope but as an old friend, not as a girlfriend.
As for Tori, well, I like her more and more each day.
A week passed and I think there wasn't a day where Tori and I weren't together.
She spent more time with me than other people. And I like it somehow.
On friday evening, when she came over at my place for dinner, I surpised her with VIP tickets to Ed Sheeran's show.
Her eyes widen and so did her lips. "Oh my god! How-? When-? Where-?"
I laughed. "Gus told me you like Ed. Fortunately, there is a show next week. My mom got it for us by the way." I winked at my mom at the end of the table.
"Thank you so much, Anna!" Tori stood up to hug my mom.
                              Yep, they're all buddy-buddy.
You just can't resist Tori Gibbson.
"My pleasure, Sweetheart. Nick wanted it so badly for you." Mom smiled back at her.
Tori returned to her seat beside me. "Thank you, Nick." She leaned in and kissed me. "I can cross it out of my bucket list."
"You have a bucket list?" I arched an eyebrow at her with amusement.
"Yeah." She smirked and kissed me again.
                              God, I love kissing her.
My dad was still at the office so I burrowed my mom's car to drive Tori home since my truck was in the repair.
When I returned home, my mom was waiting for me at the front porch, sitting on the white bench with a cup of coffee in her hand.
"Sit with me, Nick." She pat the seat beside her.
                              I did.
"That girl is sure something." She smiled.
"You got that right." I chuckled.
"I saw how you look at her and how she looked at you. You guys love each other." Mom rubbed my back, like she used to when I did something wrong back then.
                              Love.
                              Such a funny word.
                              I love Tori.
"Not once did you look at Penelope like that, hon." Mom continued and sipped her coffee. "My son is in love."
I stood up and kissed her forhead. "I am. You happy?"
She smiled even wider. "Are you happy?"
                              ^
"I LOVE YOU EDDDD!" Tori was screaming at the concert. She was jumping up and down while she was grasping my jand tightly.
Her hair was pulled in a tight ponytail behind her back, swining each time she jumped.
Ed sheeran was singing, Sing, and it sounded pretty good.
"Thank you again!" Tori hugged me so tight, I couldn't breathe.
