Alm's POV

Damn I promised myself I wouldn't get with anyone after that awful breakup but this guy.. Gosh, I've always had a huge celebrity crush on Michael Rooker and daydreamt about him all the damn time as a teenager. To even think that almost all of my daydreams would come true one day, I'd consider myself crazy and too stuck in my head. But here we were, at my place, in the kitchen. I'm sitting on the counter top while he's standing in front of me. Knowing how sex driven and how much of a pervert he was, I expected he'd fuck my soul out of me the second we step foot into the house. And I would've allowed it 'cause I'm the same. But I was wrong, he was just standing there looking at me with a fond smile on his face.

„You know.. I'm glad Norman finally found someone." He said.

„Oh? I'm glad Becky did too. She's had the biggest crush on him since forever. I hope they will get this seriously." I replied looking down at his feet, kinda disappointed he changed the topic from us completely but happy for my best friend.

Michael didn't seem so interested in me anymore. One second we were kissing and dancing at the dance floor and the other I couldn't even look at him properly.

„I hope so too. I hope I find someone too, seems like everyone around me is happily married or whatever. I'm just alone.." he said sadly.

„Everybody?" I questioned. Did he not see me in front of him.

„Y-yeah? Everybody now. I saw the picture in your living room. It's a nice boyfriend you got, I'm sorry I didn't know." He said looking up at me.

I got down and stood in front of him with my mouth wide open.

„Michael.. Um. I don't have a boyfriend anymore. That's a picture with my best friend Ken. I'm sure I've removed everything that resembled my ex."

He looked at me with a surprised look on his face.

„So! So you're single?" he questioned.

„Yeah Michael. I am just as lonely as you are." I laughed as I looked up at him.

„Impossible! Look at yourself. So young and so beautiful and you got no man taking care of you?"

„Not anymore.. I was engaged until he ended things recently. Now I'm just taking care of my life myself."

He brought his hand up to my right cheek and smiled at me.

„You ain't alone no more. I wanna take care of you.. Whether if you wanna take things further and keep 'em like this, I'm here now."

I hugged him and tucked my head under his chin.

„Thank you Michael. I'm so lucky I found you. I.. I've honestly been looking for you or someone like you for a decade. I can't believe I'm in your arms now." I admitted shyly.

He pulled away to look at me.

„Are you saying you've been a fan of mine for 10 years!?"

„Haha yeah. A huge one. I still have all the posters and DVDs in my cupboard."

„Damn girl! You just made me like you even more than I do." I laughed at him.

After a small pause I suggested that we should go have a smoke at my big balcony. I took his hand gently and led him outside. It was dark with stars covering the sky, and a little chilly but nothing I couldn't survive at this special moment.

I took two cigarettes out of my bag and we lit them up.

He was just looking at me without a special expression on his face. Without his usual smirk or such. Just a small smile.
