"Ugh"

I groaned by the sudden ringing of my phone.

A sigh escaped my lips as I clumsily took my phone and answered it.

"hello?" i asked half asleep "um i guess i woke up you up?" my eyes instantly widened as i looked at the called id.

IT WAS PARK JIMIN, THE POLICE CHEIF.

"I am sorry" I apologized "well I called you just to say that my men reported a dead body in your neighborhood" "Wait MY NEIGHBORHOOD!?" I questioned in shock.

"Yea, they said it was 2 blocks away from your house well this case is now in your hands please go ahead to this address I am sending and do your work" He said in his rude voice "alright.....?"

Why tf he so rude? Is he on weeds or what.

He hung the call "fucker" I mumbled before jumping out of the bed and brushed my teeth and changed my clothes and threw a coat on my cold body as I made my way down.

"Tae!" I yelled "what!!?" He yelled back form his room "we gotta go the police reported a dead body!" I screamed while wearing my boots.

I heard his room's door opening, he came out with his new long ass coat with his black shoes "wait why the heck you are wearing shoes in your room?" I asked "oh I don't want my foot to get dirty" He said "but you can wear your slippers though!" I sighed this guy is seriously weird.

"Well let's go" I exclaimed and threw the car keys towards his direction which I caught it like a pro.

We both sat in his car, he started the engine and drove to the address which Mr park has sent.

We both reached to a BIG ASS HOUSE with thousands of camera man and reports surrounding the whole house.

Taking a deep breathe I opened the car door and slammed it shut gaining all the attention of the camera men and the reports.

"The detective just arrived here" I sighed and started to walk towards the house to investigate it ignoring all the dumb questions that these reporters are asking.

"Ms park aeri how are you gonna solve this case?" "Ms park aeri are you in a relationship with Kim taehyung?" "Park aeri please look at us" "Ms park aeri do you like Kim taehyung or have a crush on him?"

I immediately entered the house and looked down at the floor whereas the cops were trying their best to stop the reports from coming in.

"Let's start" I mumbled and took out my magnifying glass and went towards the first body "hmm let's see" Running a brush on her neck to clean the dust I took a look on her neck just to see fingerprints.

I took her wrist and check her pulse rate and breathing but nothing...

"She is dead, reason chocked"

I said and moved towards the next body it was of a man with blood all around his body, I looked at body in disgust "I think he is shot" With a sigh I took his wrist and checked his pulse rate and breathing and again nothing....

"Not alive" I said and stood up before running away from the body as fast as I could.

Running my eyes I examined the whole room but I couldn't find any body "wait we only have two bodies here?" I questioned the police.

"According to the infrastructure we got from their neighbors this family consist of a pregnant lady, a man and a 8 year old girl" My eyes widen "pregnant lady!!!?" I asked in shock.

"I think the small girl's body will be upstairs" He said I nodded and made my way up, there were three rooms with one door wide open.

I walked inside and greeted with a dead body of a little girl.

I squatted and brushed her neck just to see handprints once again, a sigh escaped from my lips "chocked" I conformed and was about to stand up.

However my eyes fell on her stomach which getting up and down.

My eyes widen I immediately took I wrist and checked her pulse and to my surprise it still has MOVEMENTS!

I placed my hand on her upper lip and I can feel her exhaling.

My eyes widen again, a big smile hovered on my lips.

"S-she is STILL ALIVE!"
