So guys, there'd been a considerable amount of time that Laken's been with the rogues, four years to be exact, which means he's now twenty one. Ikr!!! He's an oldie;D lol jokes, he's still a fit ass guy:3, just more free to do things ;D so things get slightly steamy at the end of this, but please don't get too caught up in the heat and remember the name of the characters, that is all, read on :D.

Always remember;

Vote!:3 oh and I've been planning a new book, I just need to confirm with Amy. (And I really want a sequel to this because we've figure the plot and shizzles but I don't think Amy will be too keen on the idea but merp, don't tell her guys, this is between you and me. Oh and I'd really like your opinions on the fact that this is four years on.)

~Shaheena+Amy

I've been here for four years now; I've gained a now firm eight pack and my wolf's more than double the size it used to be, not everyone's friendly but it beats being back at the moonlight pack, hell that's a billion times worse! I'm allowed to wake up, eat some breakfast, go out to train with the rogues and now I'm even training them sometimes.

However, a few things are kept secret, they probably don't trust me enough... Yet. I'm brought out of my thinking as I see Tatiana making her way towards me, her soft green eyes reflecting a gleam of happiness. "Hey laken, I was just going to go for a run, wanna join me?" She seems slightly nervous, which is unusual, as she's always completely confident in herself; not self admirant, but she knows her abilities, she's probably the strongest female here, beating atleast half the males too.

"Sure, let me just shift," I smile, still not comfortable about stripping my clothes off in front of everyone, she nods in understanding,

"Ok, I'll meet you by the lake when you're ready."

She walks away, swaying her hips so I just laugh, she's always flirting with anyone and everyone, not that she sleeps around though, she's saving herself for her mate. God, I wish I was her mate. The gleam of the setting sun turns pale orange, something lingers in my mind, calling out to me, my wolf stirs too; I can't seem to figure out what i'm forgetting. Once I've shifted behind a considerably large set of bushes I pad towards the lake, finding Tatiana already waiting, her crystal white fur blowing slightly in the breeze, I admire her wolf's Beaty for a brief moment, watching her stare at her own reflection in the river. She sees me approaching and an instant smile spreads across her face. "Come on then slowcoach!" She challenges, sprinting ahead. Smirking I run along side her, she's fast; I can go faster, but I decide to have a little warm up and jog with her. "That all you got?" My smirk grows as her face is twisted into concentration, "Let me show you how a real wolf runs," I wink before speeding ahead, these few years have helped me gain my self confidence and attacking and defending abilities, through special techniques such as 'sniffing out the meat', where a piece of meat is placed in a mechanical monster that we have to defeat in order to gain the meat, once we have, the same routine follows, however many we retrieve we get to keep for the weeks dinner. Usually, I end up with 20 pieces of meat that me and Tatiana share, the techniques have worked incredibly well in bringing out my personality as well as training me to a large sized wolf.

I hear a rustle behind me, guessing it's just Tatiana catching up I speed up a little.

"Laken!Wait!" I hear her gasping behind me so I come to a complete halt. I turn to find three wolfs surrounding Tatiana, my protective side instantly kicks in, I pounce at the first two; when I'm about to tear into their flesh one of them howl while holding up a paw, what I have now learnt as a sign of peace through rogue teams.

"Who are you? What do you want?" I growl.

"It does not concern you, I am here to see Zacharia." Zacharia, the rogue leader- the man who took me into his large rogue team when there was no where else for me to go.
