In the crows nest everything seemed fine. But then three rings was heard from the bell by William Murdoch. James Moody picked up the phone at the bridge. "Yes what do you see?" He asked. Lookout Fredrick Fleet yelled "ICEBERG RIGHT AHEAD!" "Thank you." Responded James. James then shouted "Iceberg ahead sir!" To William. William shouted. "HARD TO STARBARD AND FULL STOP!" But it was to late. The iceberg hit the ship on her starboard side.
