The next day,
Han Yunzhi's condition gradually got better.
The doctor said she would be allowed to return home tomorrow after being confined for 5 days.
"Aunt told me that you'll be good tomorrow! So I came here and cooked all your faves!" Han Yaoyao said with cheerful glee.
Han Yunzhi hummed lazily, unconcerned by Han Yaoyao's glee, and anticipated only the lunchbox in Han Yaoyao's delicate hands.
Han Yaoyao is wearing her usual style.
White short dress embroidered with flowery designs that suited her petite figure.
Her hair was tied into a neat ponytail, and light makeup was on her delicate face.
"Gimme the food!" Han Yunzhi exclaimed.
Han Yaoyao happily presented the food in front of her.
Fried shrimp, shrimp-filled dumplings, steamed chicken, steamed bamboo shoots, and chicken soup.
Han Yunzhi was in a daze looking at shrimp dishes.
The pungent smell of the shrimp permitted into her nose.
It was tempting her to have a taste, but she remembered she disliked them as she was allergic to shrimp.
Li Zifeng looking at Han Yunzhi's face was immediately alerted.
"Yaoyao, I'm afraid those were inedible for her." Li Zifeng said in a low and cold tone.
"Why?" Han Yaoyao tilted her head in confusion.
Li Zifeng crossed his arms, "She's allergic to shrimps."
Han Yaoyao exclaimed in realization, "Huh?!"
"Ah! I'm sorry I didn't know that!" She said apologetically.
Han Yunzhi was deeply disappointed.
She was expecting new recipes that Han Yaoyao boasted about days ago.
Juicy shrimps looked delectable to her.
But she won't give her life a risk since she's been wanting to return home.
"I promise! I'll cook foods that you like next time!" She said with determination.
Han Yunzhi nodded in response.
She started eating until curiosity got the best of her, 'Hey, System!'
[What?]
'Is the original owner also allergic to shrimps like me?'
[Nope! she just doesn't like it. Why?]
Realization struck her that she got her eyes widened.
She raised her head and looked at Li Zifeng whose attention was all on her.
She gave him an odd look.
With that, he again excuses himself.
"Wait-" Han Yunzhi exclaimed as she was still chewing a mouthful of rice.
Han Yaoyao sent her a worried look, "Do you need help with something, Zhi'er?" Han Yaoyao asked softly.
Han Yunzhi shook her confused head and said, "Nothing."
"Are you really okay?" Han Yaoyao softly patted her back.
"Yeah." She replied in a low tone.
