What is the point of a YouTube CEO

OK hear me out real quick. What's the point of the position when when you really think about it if you were someone from Google use your space then you most likely skip the CEO role. Now I know that she did some really good things for YouTube but the same time she also did some really bad things. I remember it's on YouTube channels just basically got deleted for no reason and others got strikes for something that they did in the past so that isn't really there fault because they can't change the video it's in the past and it's already out. So what's the point of even adding these rules to the old videos like I can understand if you added a feature which would allow you to change some of the tags on the video but from what I know she did it. She's also the same person who gives copyright strikes to people even when they're using fair use. I remember once again on this channel that was for people with disabilities and basically showing them that it's OK to have disabilities and it was a very safe community but then people were being pedophiles so instead of dragging those people who say those comments I mean she works with Google so she literally could. She instead basically just gets rid of the whole channel which was very stupid. I've also noticed that whenever I watch the video on YouTube it feels like I just get so many ads on big Youtubers. But then when I watch some smaller Youtubers it's minimal the amount they get. It's also unfair how celebrities get verified basically as soon as they do in the platform or people who work with the celebrities so basically if you work for someone famous well good job you already verified on YouTube you could literally have two subscribers but as long as you're working with someone famous I guess. Now I'm going to just start making maybe longer stories
