Peso had a traumatic past as did most who were alive, there had been a war and he was drafted at 15, he was the medic for his area, he watched as others like him one by one  died of sickness and exhaustion, he had hope though, that he'd return and take care of his family once again.

When Peso was just a chick he had always dreamt of becoming an Octonaut, that dream was crushed when he received the drafting message in the mail, he had avoided it for so long.

When he got back home he saw the state of his beloved country, he and so many others had faught with bravery and won the war and this is how they repay his country?

Peso didn't have it, Peso started a small organization against the government, if the world had left his country and the government left his people, someone had to take charge.

"The whistles they used to keep us together are now used to tear us apart.", He spoke under his breath as they blew their whistles and drove everyone off the streets to face curfew.

"You have a point.", A deeper British accented voice spoke from behind him, he wiped around and drew a small knife from his pocket.

"..not a nice country to visit, bear.", Peso said laying his eyes upon the bigger built man, he had white hair, but still looked young, the looks of a protagonist, he was dressed in a beige trench coat and a black fedora, he was wearing black dress shoes.

"Well, if you get past the politics, it's quite the lovely country, my favourite is the sunset, it's been rated the prettiest sunset in the world.", The bear spoke.

Peso slowly put away his knife, "..yeah, it really is...", Peso spoke out a little desolate.

"Hey!", A voice from the dark street called and blew his whistle, "identify yourselves!", The man demanded.

Peso gasped and ran past the polar bear grabbing his hands, "he noticed me, you ruined it.", Peso complained well running through the alley ways.

"Didn't know you have a plan, I just thought you were being rebellio--", the white haired male was cut off.

"Be quiet!", Peso commanded.

Eventually they made it to a small flat on the third floor of a four story building, Peso opened the door revealing a dark house, All the lights must have been out, the walls had an ugly yellow and brown wallpaper with small patterns in red, the floor was planked wood, a window immediately on the wall infront of the door, to the left was an island which separated the kitchen from the Dining/living room, to the right on the wall was two more brown wood doors placed next to each other, one was open, it looked like a short hallway, one more door to the right of the end and another to the left, in the dining/living room there's sat a two person table and a small bookshelf.

"Would you like some tea?", Peso asked moving himself to the kitchen.

"Tea would be lovely, Peso.", The bear stated.

Peso froze, he turned to face the bear, "..how did you know my name?", He asked.

The bear just smiled removing his coat and hat, "everyone knows your name, Peso, and I can tell you it had particular interest in my case. I'm in your house and you're making me tea, it should only be that we know each other's names.", The bear stated, "I'm Captain Barnacles.", Barnacles, but pronounced as if it's a proper Roman or Greek name.

Peso stepped back a bit, now intimidated, "w-wait, as in the.. Octonaut?", Peso asked, Barnacles smiled and nodded, "what are you doing here?".

"You owe all the pleasure to you, Peso.", He stated.
