3rd leg, Wheel of Power and Zed-36 identity revealed

In Tezla's base the screen shows the portal from the last leg open and driving out is Kadeem, Luke and Taro as Tezla said "The 2nd leg of the World Race ended in a three way tie between Taro Kitano, Luke Wheeler and Brian Kadeem" The screen fades to Tezla "So tomorrow they will each share the whole position in the next leg in the World Race".

Street Breed looks at the screen "Perhaps the final leg" Scorchers and Wave Rippers look at the screen "Tomorrow you may reach the end of Highway 35..." The Dune Ratz and Roadbeasts look at the screen "...and find the Wheel of Power and 5 million dollars for every member of your team" Everyone cheer raising their fists Kadeem smiles nodding "Get some rest you'll need it".

Later that night outside of Tezla's base Vert is walking holding a flashlight in one hand and tools in the other he notice Lani's car he points the light to see Lani there who was surprised covers her eyes Vert ask "Lani" He turns the light off "What are you doing" Lain rubs her shoulder she said, "Just checking out my car".

Vert shrugs ask, "Need some help" A noise got his attention he looks down to see rolling out from under Lani's car is Taro who said "No" With that he rolls back under Vert looks to Lani who shrug smiling Vert smiles back he walks he notice Luke working on his engine Vert ask, "Need some help bro" Without looking Luke holds a handout ask, "Pass me that wrench".

Vert grabs the wrench pass it to him Luke takes it "Thanks" He works Vert put his tools down he said, "Good job getting first place for the team" Luke looks at him he said, "I ended in a tie, bro" He then shrug his shoulders "But first place is better than a tie" Vert nods while in the distance using binoculars watching Vert and Luke work on their cars.

Watching them is Kurt who lower them he ask, "Why are those surf rats prowling around" He looks through his binoculars he zooms in to see Vert went to his car as Luke close the hood and walks over but Kurt notice something he zooms in to see Kadeem sitting crossed legs by himself.

Kadeem sits there quietly he raise his head then close his eyes he hears "Will you let this city of your fathers become a ruin" Standing in front of Kadeem is an old man wearing orange and red robes holding a stick behind him is a city "For a hundred years the desert has grown around it the people are leaving it" Kadeem opens his eyes "The sand moves in".

Kadeem sees the old man he said "Hasis" Hasis ask "What are you doing here when your city needs you" Kadeem move his head he said, "I need to win this race with the prize money I can" But Hasis said "I see danger waiting for you on the road you travel" Kadeem shake his head ask, "What danger Hasis".

Hasis said "I speak of the greatest danger of all" Kadeem then ask, "How will I recognise it" Hasis just said "How should I know" He move his head "I'm blind" He opens his eyes to reveal them white he stares at Kadeem.

The next day the starting drone is in the air all teams are ready to race Tezla in his base with Gig he looks at the screen he said, "Start the race" The screen on Gig goes red as the red lights on the starting drone turns on Taro, Luke and Kadeem rev up their engines looking at one another while Griffin revs up his engine.

A black car with scorch fire called ¼ Mile Coupe driven by Vesuvius revs his engine the yellow lights came on Des revs his engine ready he shift gears smiling as another black and flat tan car called Sweet 16 driven by Charlie Raffa, he grabs the wheel smiling while a red car called Aeroflash being driven by San Jay Khan who looks down his harness comes on he looks forward.

All the teams ready to race revving their engines the green light came on and all teams press the pedals and drive forward Tezla watch the teams go "This could be the day I finally get the Wheel of Power" Gig looks at the screen as Taro, Luke and Kadeem all drive forward Kadeem looks to Luke who looks at him then to Taro who said, "This time no tie".
