The true Wheel of Power, no more racing and putting it back

Suddenly snow start to fall he notice as Vert and Luke both drive forward on a long track going pass broken ice and over the ocean they look around while the track continues on until they spot something in the distance Luke ask "Vert, you seeing this" Vert staring ask, "What is that" They keep driving to see it was a huge island with a city in the middle.

They drive up the ramp going into a gate and enter the city "It's a city, bro" Luke in awe said "Whoa" They keep driving forwards while at the centre of the city is a circular spear and hovering on top spinning around is three wheels and glowing with symbols it is the Wheel of Power.

Meanwhile back at the destroyed track a hand appears grabbing the edge and pulling up is the Drone that was sent below it climbs up it said "S-s-it-it-uation c-c-c-c-ritical" It starts to climb more "W-W-W-Wheel of Power" It raise its head its eyes and visor glows "Wheel of Power".

Meanwhile Luke and Vert continue to drive forward on the path they are on they look around Luke said, "Look at all the tracks here" Vert looking at the loops he said, "It's like a city built for cars" Luke then notice something ahead he said, "Look at that" He and Vert both stop their cars they look up at the spiral tower to see the Wheel of Power turning.

The brothers stare Vert said, "That must be it, Luke" Luke staring he said, "The Wheel of Power" Suddenly Vert and Luke heard a noise they look back to see the Drone flying towards them they look back Vert said "We didn't come this far to lose" Luke nods said "Let's go, Vert" Luke and Vert both shift gears and change pedals going forward.

The Drone behind them it's visor flickers it said, "Wheel o-o-o-o-o-of Power" It leans in and fly his car hitting both brothers they make a turn going on a loop the Drone follows Luke had an idea "Vert draft together" Vert nods said "Okay" Luke moves behind Vert as they draft over the final part of the loop and start going up the ramp going faster "Going vertical".

Luke said "Hit the Nitrox" Luke and Vert both press the button to release the Nitrox2 making their cars glow and going faster up the ramp then they flew up heading forward the Wheel with the Drone behind them Vert at the front getting close as a golden cloud appears the cloud went over Vert and Luke's cars Luke watch Vert reach out to grab the Wheel that it glows brightly.

It sent a wave making the Drone car destroy itself then a massive light consumes both Luke and Vert who both close their eyes then the light spreads out consuming the city while at Earth dimension at Highway 35 suddenly Vert and Luke both came out of the nowhere, they drive to a stop by the sign Vert groans hold his head he said, "That was some ride".

Luke holding his head he said, "You said it bro" Then the brothers heard a noise they look to see Benjee and Taro both came out of nowhere Taro lower his window looks around then the noise is heard again and slowly one by one each member of the Wave Rippers, Street Breed, Roadbeasts, Dune Ratz and Scorchers all appear including Kurt Wylde who looks forward Vert looks to notice the Wheel of Power in his passenger seat.

Everyone except Kurt went back to Tezla's base they look on the screen to see the Wheel of Power on it then Gig flies in front of it he said, "Because they were the first to reach the Wheel of Power" Vert, Luke, Alec, Lani and Mark stood together "Vert Wheeler and Luke Wheeler have both been declared the winners of the World Race the fastest drivers in the world".

Luke and Vert appears on the screen as everyone cheers Alec place a hand on Vert shoulder smiling and Mark fist bumps Luke who bumps back, he and Vert looks towards the others Taro smiles slightly then turns Luke and Vert looks to Gig who hovers in front of them "Each member of their Wave Ripper teams receives a check of five million dollars".
