Failed Plan

Hope's POV

Josie turned for the first time and it was an amazing experience. We spent an entire week with my family and surprisingly they loved her at first I was worried that they might not approve of my relationship with Josie. But they absolutely loved Josie almost as much as I do. We spent the rest of the week with my family I introduced her to them as my girlfriend. We had taken Jo to the bayou to officially meet the crescent wolves. We also brought her to meet the witches as well as the quarter to meet my uncle marcel and the rest of the New Orleans vampires. That was a week ago while we were there the crescents told us that soulmates used to be a common occurrence and more widely discussed among wolves but since vampires came to be knowledge on soulmates has become more of a myth since werewolves were hunted to near extinction so not a whole lot of information is known about soulmates anymore but they did give us a book they thought might help. Jo and I are now laying in my bed still exhausted after our intense love making last night. I felt Jo moving around in my bed i could hear her heartbeat next to me settle as she watched me sleep.

"You know luv it's quite rude to stare." I said as I leaned over to my beautiful girlfriend and planted a kiss on her lips. "How long have you been awake?" Josie asked me as we pulled away from each other. I just smirked. "We should probably get ready we have to start your training today." I told Josie. We got dressed and headed to the docks. "Alright first I'm gonna put up a protection spell on our baby ok." I told her she nodded as I cast the spell. "Alright all set now let's begin. Show me you fighting stance." I told her.  Josie got into her fighting stance. "Don't forget what I've taught you luv. Keep your legs wide and your arms up never leave any part of you defenseless. Always be ready to attack." I said fixing Josie's stance. I could smell her arousal and as much as I would love to fuck her right now we have things to do today.

"Concentrate luv." I said trying to get Josie to focus. "I am concentrating." She said blushing as I placed my hands on her side. "I meant on your stance not me." I said laughing. "Well how can I when your hands are all over me." She said with a smirk, she was right and besides it's only been a week i guess we can take a break today besides if we don't we might end up fucking right here. "I think this is a good stopping point for today." I said as I began removing my hands from around my cute girlfriend. "Hey no don't remove the warmth." Jo said pouting as she grabbed my hands and pulled them back around her. "Alright but let's walk back to my room." I said. Jo and I decided to head back to my room and take a little nap before we had to get ready for classes.

Penelope's Pov

I had just woken up last night was wild the party lizzie threw was amazing. I had a hangover so after getting dressed I went to the cafeteria and decided to get something to eat and drink. After breakfast I looked for my best friend Cassie and we went to get our books from our lockers so we could head to class when we heard people whispering. "Did you hear the news?" Jessica, I believe her name was said. "What news?" Another girl asked. "Well apparently Hope and Josie are together." Jessica said again. And I was about to stop eavesdropping since that's old news when they said something that piqued my interest. "Yeah, well that's old news girl." One girl said. "Yeah, but did you hear that Josie is..." Jessica was saying when my friend interrupted them. "Hey pen are you even listening to me?" Cass asked me. I really wanted to know more about what's going on with Josie, but I wasn't going to ignore my friend. "Yes, sorry let's head to class Cass." I said grabbing Cassandra's hand and pulling her towards our class I would worry about Josie later. After class ended Cassy and I went our separate ways she went to her next class, and I headed to lunch.

On my way to lunch I bumped into someone I was about to cuss them out when I saw who it was. "Landon hey." I said. "What do you want Penelope." Landon asked me. If I play my cards right, I might be able to use Landon to get Josie back. "So, Landon What would you say If I told you I had a plan to get Josie back and that I could even Help you get Hope back?" I said with a sinister smile on my face. "I would say that you have got my attention." Landon said. "Let's go to my room to discuss my plan." I said.
