The next day Rose felt a lot better. Her wounds here healed enough so that they could take the bandages off. Bryan and Sam were discussing on what they were going to do next but neither Bryan or Rose could understand what "it" meant. They thought about it for a while and agreed to not worry about it.
Bryan: so what now?
Sam: good question.
Rose: not sure...
Sam: well this is nice *says annoyed*
Rose: then what's your plan
Sam: ....
Rose: thought so
Bryan: enough you two. This is no time for fighting
Rose & Sam: fine...
Bryan: ok
Sam: hey Bryan can I talk to you for a second
Bryan: sure??
They walk over behind a couple trees.
Bryan: so what's up?
Sam: what do you mean "what's up" we're going to complete this mission right?
Bryan: you're still going on about that?
Sam: of course I am. I don't want to be broke and starve.
Bryan: then go and find a different mission.
Sam: no we signed up to do this together
Bryan: so I'm not going to kill a innocent person just for money.
Sam: yes you are thats in our job description!
Bryan: so what I'm not going to kill her!
Sam: fine then, have it your way but I will finish this weather you like it or not. *glares at him and walks away*
Bryan: this might not end well...
They both walk back over and they act like everything is ok.
Rose: so what now?
Bryan: I don't know....maybe you can come and travel with us?
Sam: wait what?!
Rose: ok. I actually think thats a better idea instead of me staying here.
Sam: Bryan you can't be serious?
Bryan: I'm being dead serious.
Sam: *sigh*
Sam though it would be pointless to fight with him over this. But she knew that there might be a chance she could find a way to get rid of Rose and complete the mission. Even if Bryan doesn't approve of it. But she know that if he gets in her way she just might have to get rid of him too. Well anyway....they walked on there way and made it to the edge of the forest. Rose was not sure whether or not it was a good idea to leave. But she ends up going anyway.
They walk for a while, so by this time the sun is high up in the sky (midday)
Bryan: *wines* are we there yet???
Sam: no
Rose: *looks at Sam* does he do this all the time?
Sam: yeah when ever we have a long journey somewhere.
Rose: I'm guessing he does this the whole time
Sam: *nods*
Rose: wow
Bryan: what are you two talking about
Sam & Rose: nothing
Bryan: ???
Rose: don't worry about it.
Bryan: fine..
They walk for about 2 more hours, then they see a little village over the horizon.
Bryan: yessssssssssss
Sam & Rose: *looks at each other and rolls their eyes"
They then walk into the village and looks around.
Rose: this place seems lively
Sam: yeah a little too lively
Bryan: yeah
Rose: so what now?
Bryan: lets find a place to stay for now
Sam: good idea
They split up so it would be faster to find the nearest inn. They looked everywhere and finally found on the very edge of the village.
Sam: well that took forever
Rose: yeah
Bryan: yep now lets go and get rooms
Sam: ok
They walk in and the teller says that they only have two rooms open. They all look at each other. Sam sighs and asks Rose if it would be ok with her if they shared a room. She said yes and they all went off to their rooms.
The rooms were like a normal sized rooms each had a door that leads out to the back part of the place with a view of the woods.
Rose: this isn't so back
Sam: yeah i guess you're right it's actually kind of nice.
Bryan knocks on their door "how are you two doing in there?"
Both: were good.
Bryan: dinner should be coming soon
Rose: ok thanks
Sam: thanks Bryan
Bryan: no problem *walks off*
Sam: so where do you want to sleep?
Rose: doesn't matter to me
Sam: ok how about.... I sleep by the door to the hallway and you sleep by the door leading to outside?
Rose: sounds good to me.
So they then set up their beds. A couple minutes later they heard a knock on the door. It was a guy bringing up their food. They took it and thanked him and he walked off. They ate their food in silence, once they were done they set the dishes outside.
Rose: hey can I ask you something?
Sam: sure whats up?
Rose: what kind of monsters have you fought and what sights have you seen?
Sam: hm.. Lets see there were a lot of monsters that I've fought. I've fought giants, wolves, serpents, etc. I've seen awesome sunsets, sunrises. There was one time I saw this beautiful fish swimming in a pool of water in the moonlight and from the light of the moon the water glittered from the reflection of its scales.
Rose: woah thats amazing.
Sam: yeah I wish I can see it again
Rose: hopefully we can all see it together
Sam: yeah that might be nice
Bryan: *slides the door open*
Sam & Rose: ahh!!!!
Bryan: sorry to interrupt but do you guys want your rice?
Both: yes we want our rice *glares at him*
Bryan: what's with the glares
Sam: why else would we glare at you
Bryan: I don't know
Rose: you scared us you goof!
Bryan: oh sorry
Sam: next time knock
Bryan: ok ok I will
Bryan then leaves the room.
Rose: wow he needs some manners
Sam: more like common sense
They agreed that at least it wasn't worse than that. So they decide to get to bed considering they have a long day tomorrow and incase mr.no knock comes back.
